Believe all the reviews on here. This place is bad. I put my clothes in the washer left for 5 mins came back and out of order. Told the attendant and he just pushed me off and was like nah it’ll work you just got to give it a minute. I looked this man in the face and told him that it says out of order. Luckily another person was there to help me because this attendant looks like he just smoked a bowl or had a drink. I was already irritated and annoyed about being ignored for assistance. Thankfully they finally called a manager and got someone to get me a refund so I can wash my now soaked clothes. ? Would only use this place to get coins for laundry and that’s it!!!!

After searching through Albany for affordable and close in the neighborhood laundromat, I stumbled upon this one, and when I first entered the door, the attendant was knocked out, sleeping and only woke up because he heard the door slam after moving past that and doing my laundry I realize there are no baskets to hold clean clothes so all the floor is filthy and all of the clothes that are just cleaned are falling all over the floorwhen I asked the attendant about this, she weighed me off that was sarcasm. I asked when the dryers going to be working and he said they will be putting new dryers in an event. When I asked the attendant about this, she weighed me off that was sarcasm. I asked when are the dryers going to be working? He said they will be putting new dryers in eventually. They are only for working regular dryer unless you’re willing to pay a dollar for five minutes and it’s a scam because it doesn’t even work for the first minute and a half it’s cold. This place needs a whole new management. It needs new workers and it needs to be cleaned. I spilled something on the floor. Try to mop it up and made a bigger mess because only thing that was in the mop bucket was dirty water That smells that had been sitting I do not recommend this laundromat to anybody. They have free drawing three days a week, but on what dryer there are no dryers and I can see why it would be free because you’re dripping people the other days of the week to make up for the fact that you can do it for free, I am, very annoyed, angry and disappointed that Albany disallows anything yes, please do better. The one has Spanic man in there was really nice and he was really helpful while he was there.

this place sucks it’s dirty the person who manages it lives in the laundry mat and always stinks like alcohol there are never any quarters the washers are always broken and don’t do a good job anyways

Ticks in the wash and dryers, owner lying about having hot water (they dont anymore only cold) not to mention they got rid if the only lady that cared about the place, dont go here, let them go out of business they dwserve it.

DO NOT CALL THE NUMBER LISTED!!!! The number is valid but it’s owned by an old employee who said he worked there over 2 years ago! He’s been getting calls for years and google won’t take his number off. He’s very nice and doesn’t mind getting the calls but says it would be nice if they stopped. FYI…it’s not open 24 hrs like listed lol

Likes: Friendly service, free drying days, constantly trying to improve service and to maintain a clean environment. Convenient location along a bus route. Dislikes: quite a few out of service washers and dryers sometimes increases time spent there.

Went in looking for a bathroom. Opened a door without stepping in and I guess the security guard eating outside noticed and started cursing at me. Not appreciated. The number on google is for an old employee.

Horrible customer service. I had a bag full of clothes which I walked with and the worker kicked me out .cause he thought I was just taking change. Did not let me explain. Telling other college students not to come here we’ll go to rosco

Numerous broken machines, not all clearly marked so you don't know they are broken till you put the quarters in. One sign says "please slam doors of washers #9 and #10...if you don't slam them shut water will leak out during wash cycles"...come on...basic maintenance folks!

Monique is awesome! She keeps this place running smooth. She was non stop working and cleaning. Made me tired just watching her go! Seriously a good human. This is my new spot for laundry. Thank you Monique and The Missing Sock.

This place is really bad. No carts, broken dryers with no sign letting you know. No employees or no number posted so you can call and speak with someone about the laundry issues.

Awful! Last time I did laundry there, my clothes didn't dry completely (after an hour of drying) so I thought it was a fluke. This time, I put my clothes in the dryer for an hour and they didn't even dry AT ALL! There are no out of order signs on them at all. The woman owner saw this and heard me telling another customer about it and did NOTHING! She just looked at me and turned up extremely loud annoying music so I couldn't even bear to sit in there to wait for my clothes to dry, so I left and came back to pick them up. I don't care how far I have to walk next time to do laundry, I'm not going here!
