I thought it was a front for a drug trafficking spot.

Service horrible they know what they do not really helpful people walk in not knowing what to get. Getting what ever that may not work for what they need. I asked if the phone had a specific feature they said I don't know you have to buy it see if it does soo sad you should know or able to look up if it does or doesn't

Very helpful and friendly - they made porting my number and account setup super easy. The location offers ample on-street parking with a lot at the adjacent burger king.

They dont even answer the phone which forces me to personally go to the store just to ask a question when im not even buying anything. I called 4 times and all it did was ring Answer your phone for once or shut down

This store is freaking RIDICULOUS. I started calling them at 12:56 pm to ask specific questions before i went all the way to the store. From 1 pm until 5 pm NO ONE ANSWERED. So i took a chance a came anyway. When i got here there were 2 guys working when i told them i have been calling all day they said " oh sorry the phone was on silent".. As i write this one of the employees just caame out and asked me if i had a cigarette"..really... Anyway the store ended up nit having the phine i wanted which if they answered the phone they could of told me metro no longer sells it. I cane to this store because it was the closest being limited to transportation i have. So i came down here for nothing. Very rude customer service both guys didnt really have cell phone knowledge... Today is july 31 2019 at 5:45 pm....
