Worst manicure of my life yesterday. David cut TWO of my nails down to the quick- they immediately started bleeding and 18 hours later are still very painful. When we got to the front desk, he attempted to charge me full price! I explained that I absolutely wouldn’t be doing that since I’d been injured. The manager came over, the two spoke and then he informed me he would take *FIVE DOLLARS* off. It felt like a slap in the face. I’d been going there for two years but yesterday was the last time I step foot in MeTime Nails.

I went here once before and had a decent experience but my experience today has turned me all the way off. I had gone in today with a friend for a pedicure and tips with dip powder. They started me on a pedicure where the woman clipped all my nails extremely short and the pedicure was over in 20 minutes. Did not ask about the shape or take care in the pedicure like the man who had done my previous one. Then for my nails, they were clipped crooked but i decided that they could be fixed later on but they barely were. Nearing the end, she asked me to rinse my hands and I accidentally misheard her and washed with soap and water to which she came with an attitude rudely telling me that it was just supposed to be water.. my bad. The shape and finish of the nails are not professional at all, there are red dots throughout the set, and I was left with my fingers having messy glue and hardened dip powder all around . Highly unsatisfied. But what really turned me off was the way they handled my friends awful nails. Her nails were poorly shaped after she had told him to not touch the shape she had, had lint hardened all throughout the gel polish, and a dent in her thumbnail. She didn’t feel comfortable with the man fixing her nails at that point and had asked for $5 to be taken off the total. He refused to take the money off and only offered to fix them as a “two minute fix” which it would not have been and we had places to be after. Overall, the unprofessional and lack of pride in their work makes this place a no for me. Id encourage you to take your business elsewhere since this place is such a gamble.

I wanted to really like this place and I actually thought the people were very friendly. I decided to try this place because it was right next to my OT doctors and they could get me quickly. The older lady who did a spa pedicure on my toes did a wonderful job and quick. However; I wanted a glow in the dark nail polish and was told I could choose any color and it would glow. I was a little apprehensive about that but I was willing to pay the extra $20 for it because that's what I wanted. I left feeling happy because the lady was quick, efficient and nice. Later that day when I checked to see if it glowed, I got nothing! Shined my flashlight on it because sometimes that's all it takes(And you know that if you use glow in the dark polish) but nothing!! I called the next day and advised I don't see it glow. I was told to come back and they will check and fix it. The owner himself did it again and advised me if it doesn't work again to come back and he'll take $5 off my next set. WELL here we are, it doesn't work, I don't want to go back again. And to get $5 back after paying $20 makes no sense to me! That's barely the gas it took to go back. Thanks but no thanks.update: I appreciate you getting back to me and explaining the confusion, however; my toes still don't glow like I thought it would and I wasted time I don't get back. Maybe, just maybe it might be due to the gel polish? not sure but I never had it done that way.

The nails and experience were both good, but my dip nails did crack in 1.5 weeks. However, the crack did not break my nail and the piece is still attached!

They are very busy. I remember when they first opened, business was slower and the owner was easy going. If he seems a tad abrupt it's only bc he's trying to accommodate all these customers. He does encourage ppl to make appts. I dunno if he overbooks, but you may wait up to 15min for your appt. I walked in at 12pm on the dot, and there were like five ppl in front of me who also had noon appts. after reading some reviews, I see it's fairly common. A woman next to me brought a book to read after she was seated, which tells me she knew there'd be a little wait time. she still comes despite this, which I think says something. For Regular mani/pedi, I'll go wherever is local and convenient. However if I want some type of nail art, i always go to me time. They're the only ones I've come across w both patience and expertise. They never make me feel like a nuisance for requesting designs. They truly analyze the art and colors. It Even becomes a group effort as they sometimes enlist their colleagues for advice. Sure makes a gal feel special :)

Went in October before a wedding. The technician (a male, there were two men, one seemed very nice, the one doing my nails was incredibly unfriendly) seemed super annoyed every time my hand wasn't in the perfect position and would quite forcefully grab it and move it, and didn't say anything when I apologized for having it out of place. He also used a dremel file (the electric files for doing acrylics usually) on my bare natural nails to prep them for gel. Literally only now, 8 months later, are my nails getting back to normal. They were left in horrible shape after he used the dremel and I confirmed that was the issue when I went back to my regular salon for a manicure, my manicurist there actually asked without any prompting there if anyone had used a dremel on my nails and they said that should never be used on bare natural nails. Literally the worst and most awkward undignified experience I've ever had at a nail salon and you couldn't pay me to return. It's a shame because the space itself is nice, and like I said other technicians seemed nice and competent, but I wouldn't risk going back nor would I ever fully trust a place that employs someone like that. Hoping this review saves someone else a trip.

Very clean place. They did a good job--there were three of us, all getting pedicures. We stated at the beginning we all wanted a design. At the end, they had only charged for two (I got a longer pedi so the others were done first) and when I reminded them we ALL wanted a design they did it but charged more. So my point is they don't really listen, so speak loudly and ensure they understand you.

I had an excellent experience at Me Time Nail & Spa. Their staff was incredibly welcoming, making me feel at home immediately. The salon was spotless, and I was impressed with the high standards of hygiene they maintained. As for the service, my gel manicure was perfect. They did an excellent job, and it lasted longer than any other manicure I've had before. Highly recommend!

Was really excited to try this place after seeing their reviews and designs, but Im really disappointed with the service I received. The girl who did my nails did not offer to cut my cuticles, did not give me a hot towel, and made me rub the lotion into my own hands. At first I thought this was just how they did their manicures, but my friend who came with me and sat next to me while we had simultaneous manicures did not receive the same treatment. My nails came out lumpy, thick, and the color did not go all the way to my cuticle, making it look as if I had grow out even though I had just gotten them done. I went back after my manicure to have some of these issues addressed and the manicurist who helped me after did their best to fix it but it was still not to the quality I have seen on line, or the quality my friend who came at the same time received. Additionally, three of my nails lifted and came off! Perhaps just an issue with the manicurist I saw, but I'm pretty disappointed/:
