i am not one to write reviews so if i do there's definitely an issue. I love my nails, she did a great job. everybody was very kind , BUUTTT whyyyy was i getting cut by a NAIL FILE that everybody most likely uses . infection central . be careful

Not enough stars to say how happy I am with my nails, FINALLY!!!! I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years, and this is by far the happiest I have been with my nails.

Depends who you get there. I've been going there for the last 10 years I spend about $100 give or take on my nails each time. Some are great with shaping but not design, some are vicious with design but not shaping. They do a great job with their pedies they really get in there with all kinds of contraptions to make your feet baby soft and they help relieve ingrown nails if they aren't too ingrown.

So this was my go-to place for my nails. And they don't have the same workers there anymore. I do have Melissa wax my eyebrows. But I'm still yet to find a nail tech here that was as good as her nephew's Tan. I've had the woman that works here that does the pedicures do my nails last and the next day the Polish was chipping . Is now 2 weeks later and the Polish is chipped off of at least three Nails on each hand . So I'm not really that happy about it.
I've been going to pretty nails in Troy and I have a paul or Anna do my nails, and I'm very pleased with them. I always get good results

DO NOT COME HERE TO GET BROWS DONE!!! I came here for my eyebrows done since nail top was closed and it was the biggest mistake. As someone who takes their facial appearance serious, I was devastated to find out the brows I took months to grow back out became incredibly thin! I asked her not to take much off and instead of listening she was conversations with peers. My eyebrows were thick and became thin as a hair. They basically looked like hers! Considering they’re right next around the corner from each other I would definitely recommend nail top since their customer service is wonderful and they’re the best at shaping your NATURAL brow shape!

Customer service here has gone straight to hell. My last 3 experiences were terrible. Melissa is just there to collect $$$$$. Everything is $5 more. They hold you hostage by putting your feet in water for a pedicure. You sit there for 20 minutes while water is getting cold. They never come and say a word. Im done with Melissa. They have 2 people that only do nails. And the other ones do a terrible job. There’s one girl there that knows what she’s doing and she’s out on maternity leave. CUSTOMER LOSTServices: Pedicure

$72 for a basic pedicure. No tips. Acrylic powder on nails. Go to Diva nails in Latham for great work and reasonable prices. Straight up absurd. I paid the same on Long Island with tips.Service: Pedicure
