Poorly designed store overall. You cannot remove the large old carts from the store to bring groceries to your car. The carts barely fit down the aisle, with no smaller cart option available like every other market32. There's no available baskets in store for smaller orders. The store does not have a full selection of items while being more expensive and worse quality than a suburban market 32. Not great.

The Ghetto Chopper, that’s what my friends and co-coworker called (warned). Been shopping at this grocery store for 2 years before deciding to stop giving it a chance. So, here are my thoughts…
This Market 32 location is very disappointing and does not meet the standards I’ve come to expect from the chain. The store itself feels neglected—aisles and floors are not well maintained, and overall cleanliness is lacking. Many of the fresh food options, especially produce and prepared items, often appear far from fresh, which raises concerns about quality and care.
The atmosphere outside the store is also concerning. There are frequently people loitering near the entrance, and at times it feels uncomfortable and even unsafe walking in or out. Combined with the unkempt appearance of the area, it creates an overall experience that feels unwelcoming.
While other Market 32 locations provide a much better standard of shopping, this particular store urgently needs improvement in cleanliness, product freshness, and general upkeep of the premises. I truly hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the changes needed, because the community deserves better.

Would not come here if it were not so conveniently located. You'd think instead of spending all that money sponsoring the fireworks show so that they could have their name displayed on Corning tower in such a gaudy fashion, they could have instead used it to lower their prices or hire a few more checkout workers so that the lines were not always so long.

They're not responsible for selling gift cards from Master cards you can't get your money back after having the receipt. Listen to agent told me at Price chopper to call the card I can't even call the card and why cuz the security code also came off because the car got wet it's paper make it plastic jack off s

I would like to thank Jason in the deli for doing such a magnificent job on our catering order. It was a large order for an office party and the food was on time, hot, very delicious and put neatly into sealed containers. He walked us to the checkout to ensure correct charges on the added order. No problems whatsoever and the entire office ate and complimented the food. Thankful for such a well done job!

I live in the neighborhood and this location is disgusting. The checkout area is filthy. There were only 2 registers open and one had to ask the other to turn on the light so people knew it was open. The woman running the register replied that she didn't want any customers.
This is by far the worst kept Market 32 in the region. Unless I have an emergency I'm not going back. I'd rather drive to Delmar and Hannefords than to feel so disrespected by the only grocery store in the neighborhood.
* Thank you for acknowledging that I left feedback. However, when is Market 32 (owned by Price Chopper) going to invest in this location? I get that it serves the community, but it's POV of the community based on staffing, cleanliness and overall presentation of the shop is insulting.

Three times I have bought meat from this store and it has smelled sour. Like I just bought ground beef and it smells sour mind you it's not supposed to go bad until the 15th of July. I don't know if you guys aren't like checking the temperatures on the meats or what not but this is three times now.

I like shopping here specifically because the workers are friendly and helpful, but it always seems understaffed. Needs more checkout lines open in general and at least one regular checkout line open at all times for accessibility reasons.

This store is abhorrent. They have erected barriers to prevent people from bringing carts to their cars and required people to block a fire lane to load their cars. Further, an ARMED security guard, including handcuffs, standing out front to intimidate anyone coming or going. Observed this guard stalking people to their cars and photographing them and their cars without their knowledge. Further, they refused to let me use the restroom and claimed it was for employees only. This is a grocery store, not a bank, not a government building, and this is unacceptable!

There was no cashier checkout line. Guy said only WIC turning everyone away. The express self checkout line was full of people with 12+ items. Employees did not want to be there, lady overseeing checkout was slouched on her phone. Poor customer service. Will never return.

My partner and I have been customers at this location for 5 years. This store is an asset to the local community with plenty of options including dairy and gluten free products. Employees are helpful and produce is fresh. Good meat options as well.

There are positives, a good selection of items, the store is well lit, not exactly spotless but fairly clean. It’s just the truly terrible atmosphere, there are bad vibes and then there is this place. It feels like Gozer the Gozerian’s personal grocery store. It’s grey and miserable in there. Call the exorcist and then salt the earth.
