The people that work there have nasty attitudes. Theres a sign on the customer service window that says on break, be back in 15 mins @ 5:05. Mind you its 1:45. Im sitting there patiently waiting along with a crowd of other people, its now 2:10 and some blond haired lady comes out from the back of customer service and starts screaming at me that hes on break and to not bang on the window. Theres a camera right there. I did not so much as touch the window. She has no concern for the fact that ive been there waiting without even being acknowledged for 20 minutes and instead screams at me like im her child (im 40 years old) and accuses me of something that i didnt do. Whoever this nasty person is she should not be anywhere near customer service. 10/7/24

0 stars, if possible. Incompetent staff at all times, you usually get an eye roll or lip smack when you ask an associate for help. Management is worse, but not so surprising as they have a new one every month. Security and Management does nothing about the people in front of the store entrance harassing you when you enter or exit. Distract manager "Hah, not my problem!" Patiently waiting for this bottom of the barrel , ghetto cesspool excuse of a "supermarket" to get bought out by a more competent chain that actually values their customers.

I've been a customer at this market for a while, and while it used to be a convenient place to shop in a pinch, for the past few months it has been quite the opposite. The store consistently smells like rotten meat, which raises serious concerns about the freshness of the products. It's disheartening not to have the confidence that the food I'm purchasing is safe or within its expiration date.
The chain itself hires staff that lacks training on the competency needed to provide a smooth shopping experience, which seems to be a problem across multiple locations. I've had to stop coming here because of these issues, which is unfortunate for anyone who just needs to quickly grab an item. I hope management addresses these concerns soon, but as of now, I cannot recommend this store.
....Ive never been to a market without shopping carts. Smh

This has got to be the worst market 32 ever . Slow cashiers slow deli dept. Its like ur bothering them after standing at the deli counter for 10 mins i had to ask for help then the kid was slower than malasses i ended up just grabbing my stuff from the grab and go stack it was horrible. Asked hi to cut it thin and 4times i had to tell him thinner. They should and need to close this location down. ????

Hands down worst market 32 to EVER go to. Customer service is the worst!They have no carts. And when I asked for one I was told to go out to the parking lot to look for 1.
Then I asked if I could give my license number in place of my advantage card and was told they don't do that . IM GONNA NEED YOU TO STEP YOUR GAME AND CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ALL THE WAY UP! How is this store even operating?!

Supermarket with kosher products. Look for the blue sign in the store with the inscription kosher.
There is a kosher butcher shop with fresh and ready-made products. In addition, there is a refrigerator of kosher meat products. Dairy refrigerator. A dispenser of fresh meat, ready-made meat and ready-made dairy food. See attached photos. In addition, there is a complete line of kosher products such as soups, jams, Israeli products, and a large selection. This is row number 7. You can ask at the entrance to get directions, but the area is kosher.
The toilets in the place are clean, the staff was kind. The place appears with market32 signage. And also under the price chopper sign. I would be happy if I could also find kosher dry salami that does not require refrigeration. There was only sausage that required refrigeration.

I'm not a fan of Price Chopper at all. This store is not very expensive like PC usually is, also EVERY employee is very nice and always helpful.

Terrible service, everyone except the cashiers is just rude and acts like they're better than you because they see you returning bottles and cans. Customer services non-existent, basically they just want you to leave them alone so they can get through their day and clock out. Nobody is at their position when they're supposed to be there, nobody wants to do their job when they need to help a customer, the security guard acts like a State Trooper, just close this damn store.

This is my local grocery so I'm here a lot . I gotta say The majority of the people that work there, work very hard and deal with a lot negative impatient people with a smile on their face.
I don't know if they are short staffed, but come on .. There's one register open and the rest is self check out,however it always moves Quick. I had the pleasure of having this very nice young man Syncere ring me out today, very kind and personable despite the fact that he had a huge line no fault of his. He had a smile on his face and impeccable manners, and is an asset to my market 32.. I hope management reads this review and realizes what an asset he is to your store

I went in around 945 tonight and grabbed a few things. One of those being a Google Play card. Went to self checkout and was told that I couldn't purchase the card after 9. One of the stupidest things I've ever heard. Guess they are just that lazy here. Not surprising at all, especially as you walk the store.
