Horrible customer service and return policy. I ordered a drain pump for a washing machine, ended up not needing it, brand new in box. Called to return and was told/warned that the warehouse makes the final decision on return items and they would just throw it out if deemed used. I explained it's brand new, never used, but in such an event can I at least pay the shipping back to me...Nope, they will just throw it out. So, if someones having a bad day at the warehouse for whatever reason, in the garbage it goes and I get zero notice nor return....... Never ordering from here again. Order# 53684299

Delivery at dock 10. They started to unload the trailer at 5:45am. Got out at 6:45am. Backing up is tricky. Be cautious. Overnight sleep is okay. God bless.

Huge disappointment-They now longer allow walk in customers so I had a part shipped from Albany to Colonie and it turns out they sent the wrong part. So now I wait for another day with no refrigerator while they send (HOPEFULLY) the correct part.2nd part was also wrong. Ended up searching the model number off the bad part and getting on Sunday from a PRIME online retailer. Currently waiting on refund from Marcone.

The lady at the front desk was incredibly rude but the other gentleman was very kind to answer my questions. They still did not have the part after I was wrongly informed over the phone and drove 30 minutes.

Website stated if I ordered in next 1 hour, 7 minutes, and paid for overnight shipping, I would receive the parts by 8 pm next day. Not only did I not receive the parts when promised, they're website couldn't find the order, so I called Customer Service, only to be told they were closed (at 7 pm, when their website says they're open until 9 pm, and the person the phone said they really close at 5....) Go someplace more trustworthy, that wants your business.
