The staff at the Albany Lovesac store is top notch! They don't pressure you into purchasing and were happy to give us a quote. We had stopped into the store as I've always dreamed of owning a lovesac couch. After playing with designs and color's, we received the quote, and walked around the mall. We went back a few hours later and made the purchase. We were told it would arrive in 1 to 3 weeks. It arrived in 3 day's! I was very happy we didn't have an off burn of chemicals either. I'm super sensitive and couldn't smell any chemicals. The frame has a lifetime warranty, which is needed with kids and dogs around. Quality couch! I can't recommend this store and their products enough.

Quality product, great customer service and display setup onsite. Lynn in particular was extremely helpful and patient, ensuring I was quoted the options I wanted with no guarantee I would return to make a purchase. When I did return quite a long time later, Denim and Karina were there to double check the options and finalize the deal. Unpacking and constructing took some doing, but overall I am very pleased!

Went to see if the lovesac couch would be right for us, while in the store we got excellent service, and every question was answered professionally and with a smile one of the best shopping experiences we've had in a long time. we went back the second time to purchase the items we wanted and the employees were nothing but helpful and gracious, we totally thank you for a great shopping experience and hope to stop in and say hi sometime soon thank you again we love our lovesac and totally recommend going to the showroom in the Albany mall For a great experience

Not a review of the product itself - more so of the store. I found the overall experience of ordering from this store to be poor and a complete disaster. There were numerous issues with our order and although everything got fixed eventually - it took a second visit to the store to try and fix the issues and about 2 months of phone calls, texts, emails etc.. which is absolutely RIDICULOUS.I worked with the store manager directly and it was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience...just terrible all around. Would not recommend.Aside from going into the store to see fabric, layouts, and products, I would recommend going to another lovesac store, placing the order online, or calling lovesac directly!

I went to lovesac about 7 times before I bought our couch. Denim helped me with 3 or 4 different configurations, explained the warranty process, talked to me about the surround sound system and demoed that for me which was super cool. I got a personalized discount in the mail after visiting the store and not purchasing the first few times. I ended up moving forward and bought the sactional of my dreams with standard foam, storage and a few accessories. shipping takes 8-10 weeks ob custom orders which is a pain but it'll be worth it. Lynn was the one to check me out I got 15% off plus an additional 5 for a fire fighter discount. Two days layer they came out with a 25% discount and Lynn credited me the difference with no issue! I'm happy with my experience and excited for my couch to come in!

I purchased a lovesac sactional in Dec. 2021. We moved into our new apartment in January and got everything set up. Overall i love the concept of being able to rearrange it in different ways and it coming in multiple pieces makes it much easier to move into an apartment than trying to move a whole couch at once. My issue with the couch is the back pillows that came with it. We paid extra for the higher quality “lovesoft” fill and they have been awful. We have contacted customer service and we are currently waiting for our 3rd round of replacement pillows to try and get ones that actually feel the way they should. Customer service has advised there is a known issue with the back pillows being under filled and they are trying to make it correct however they are always on back order so it takes 6 weeks to get new ones just for them to feel the same as the ones we already have. Everyone in customer service i have dealt with has been very friendly, understanding, and willing to help however for the amount of money we paid for this couch i truly expected better quality. The pillows we have feel nothing like they did in the store, and i have gone back to the store to feel them just to make sure I’m not crazy and they are definitely not as full. The ones we have, after you sit on them for about 20 mins you can feel the back of the couch digging into your back and then your back starts hurt shortly after. Overall i don’t think i would purchase anything from this company again.
