Why go to chain pharmacies when we have an awesome independent one right here in downtown Albany? You're nobody at CVS or Walgreens but at Lincoln Pharmacy, they get to know you by name and offer quality, personalized service.Sadly, I have to deal with one of those 'online' pharmacies for my long-term prescriptions. But for everything else, including my pups' Rxs, I go to Lincoln Pharmacy.At Lincoln, they actually answer their phones. They call you back when they have questions or updates. They treat you like a real person. That's the kind of service that's lacking from so many other pharmacies.If you want to feel like your health actually matters, go to Lincoln Pharmacy.

Polite, professional, and actually answer the phone to help. Lincoln Pharmacy is an independently owned business. Whatever you do, avoid CVS-- they don't pay their employees enough and keep their customers stuck in telephone robot mazes.

I live a great distance from my Mom in Albany, and Zarina and her staff at Lincoln Pharmacy have gone above and beyond providing support to my mom. They make themselves available to me by phone to coordinate her medication needs, and as a result offer me great peace of mind. They are a true gift to the community.
