I recently upgraded to the 2025 Honda CR-V, trading in my 2019 model, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the entire experience! From start to finish, the process was seamless, thanks to the exceptional work of Vincent Fernandez, the consultant who assisted me.
First off, I was pleasantly surprised to get a very good price for my old 2019 CR-V. It was more than I expected, and it made the transition to the new model much smoother. The 2025 CR-V itself is a dream – it’s everything I loved about my previous car, but with so many incredible upgrades in technology, comfort, and performance. The advanced safety features and sleek design make it feel like a completely new driving experience.
What really stood out to me was Vincent’s dedication and professionalism. He was knowledgeable, patient, and truly listened to my needs. He made sure I was fully informed about all the features of the new CR-V and worked hard to get me a great deal. I never felt pressured; instead, I felt supported throughout the entire process.
Overall, I’m beyond excited about my new 2025 Honda CR-V, and I’m incredibly grateful for the excellent service I received from Vincent. Thank you!

Terrible customer service.
I purchased a vehicle out of state from this dealership back in June. I had called towards the end of July and spoke with sales representative JP to inquire as to what the status of registration was and he told me everything has been send in and I would receive a letter in the mail. Fast forward to the end of August, The title and registration still has not been completed. If I didn’t inquire with the DMV as to the status of title, nothing would have been completed. It was only after I called the dealerships title office was I “told” that they needed an emissions test done and that they had my sales rep call me and they received no response. At no time throughout the process was I called and notified that this was needed. As soon as the vehicle was purchased, I heard nothing back from this shady dealership. I will never purchase a car from them again nor recommend one be purchased.

I recently purchased my second car from Lia Honda. This visit I purchased a 2025 Honda CRV from Vincent Fernandez. Vincent was a pleasure to work with. Great communication and not pushy made this purchase flow with ease.
Both Vincent and Managers Phil and Bob (last name?)made me feel like a valuable customer.

The air conditioning broke on my Honda after 25,000 miles in June 2024. I brought my car to Lia Honda to have it fixed. The following month it broke again, brought it back to Lia. This month it broke for the 3rd time. Neither Lia Honda nor corporate was helpful. It took a week to get an appointment both last month and this month. I ended up paying over $1000 last month and was charged more money last week. I shouldnt have to go to the same place every month over the summer to fix the same air conditioning in a car. I don't recommend using Lia Honda.

Mohawk Honda’s service didn’t suggest the correct repair.
Lia is a lot further drive for me, but worth the time for quality repairs
