You couldn’t ask for more trustworthy and hardworking team. Dex runs a great shop. They’re always quick to get your car in and they explain what’s wrong in a way that even a car novice can understand. They’re also flexible with pick-ups and drop-off times so it’s really convenient. I would 100% recommend this shop to everyone. They’ve helped me out so many times and are so friendly and honest. It’s like having family take care of your car. Heroes!

This is a good crew. Quick to answer the phone and get the details. Smart, fast, friendly service, and they don’t rake you over the coals.My son’s car went there with a water pump issue and they identified and fixed it right away. Walked us through what they did when it was all done. Price was great too. If you’re looking for a friendly trustworthy place to go in the neighborhood, here’s where you should go. Highly recommend. I would give them 6 stars instead of 5. My friend recommended Lawton's after the dealership misdiagnosed the issue with my Jeep as an ECU, even though the enge code showed a bad fuel injector. I wasted 10 days and $700. Lawton's mechanics correctly diagnosed it as a bad fuel injector and fixed the problem in one day. The car ran perfectly. However, there was an issue with a strong gasoline smell when driving. Even though they were booked for a week, they took my car in, and the mechanic worked on it on the weekend to fix the problem - no charge! For a small shop, the mechanics are top-notch and dedicated to getting the job done right. Thank you for a job well done!!!

Employees at both locations are so friendly and nice and helpful. As a woman it’s a little bit intimidating going to the mechanic because sometimes they don’t treat you equally. Never got that feeling at Lawton and I’ve been to both locations.

Hidden gem…these guys are chill and won’t over charge you for things you don’t need. Service is quick and will get you your car back fast…came in with engine running rough thought it was something more severe and they told me they just needed to clean the throttle bay a quick $10 service they also took care of my ball joint as my wheel was almost to the point of falling off and didn’t even realize…engine is ruining smooth and the car is driving straighter then when I bought it in…they even charged me less then what they originally thought it would come to…will definitely use them again! Just a heads up they are usually booked out a week in advance.

The mechanics and all the staff were very professional. They kept in touch with me regarding changes on the original work advised me of future issues and preventive work that could/should be done while the car was there. Absolutely TOP NOTCH. 5 STARS

Whoever answered the phone offered excellent customer service. All my questions were answered in a polite and courteous manner. Will definitely be looking to bring my car here for repairs just based off the phone conversation I had today. Highly recommend giving them a call.
