I had a couple coupons so I went to browse but wasn’t really planning to buy at the time. A sale rep greeted me and check in off and on as I told her I was just browsing. I ended up buying some stuff and I told her I left my phone in car with my $20 coupon. I received a survey and gave a great review because of this reps customer service. Today I came home and I got a thank you card from the rep (now I know her name is Karen). She remembered our interaction 100%. This is so rare now a days and much appreciated by me.

Normally I have a good experience however this location has different employees I've never seen and they aren't helpful at all. Plus, I'm trying to pick up an order and a half hour after open there's still no one here to open the store.

Heather at the Cross Gates mall (Albany location) provided above and beyond service. She helped me pick up my online order with ease, let us know about current in-store deals, and made me feel comfortable and welcome. She is truly an exceptional employee and wonderful person to have met. I will be coming back because the service experience she provided was incredible! Thank you Heather for your kindness and amazing personality.

I just love this place. I never could find bras that fit me until this place. If you are a BIGGER girl, this is your place to shop. They have awesome styles and sizes to fit all.

I love this store and how clean it kept ,but they never have my size I’m always being told I have to order something.One of the associates was slightly rude yesterday afternoon during my time there even though I didn’t ask for her help honestly, I went to another young lady!

The staff members are sooo pleasant and attentive. The store is always clean and organized. The clothing is expensive, watchout for sales and promotions.
