I have never had a situation where they have missed the vein and you end up with a three-inch diameter bruise

Beware! This labcorp does not accept BlueShield of Northeastern NY but they don't tell you that! My doctor who is in the same building sent me to this spot and now none of the labs are covered! This is really ridiculous!

Place is really dirty. Everything is covered in a heavy dust. Walls. Computers. Vials. Ducts. Unsettling for blood work. Very neglected from cleanliness perspective. Pen cup with label of urine collection container ?

Good experience; I was a walk-in appointment and it was quick and pleasant. Staff were professional and facility was clean.

The staff at 400 Patroon Creek Blvd, 101, Albany, NY was extremely unprofessional. In spite of booking an appointment, I had to wait for 30 mins. The technician did not seem well trained. At LabCorp, you expect really good treatment, which was not the case here. Overall it was not a good experience. I am highly disappointed.

If I could give the phlebotomist 5 stars I would, she is EXCELLENT; gentle touch and barely a mark on me after. The facility though… needs some work. Labcorp needs to hire a better cleaning crew as there was dust everywhere and they could use some new equipment.

Actually awful & incredibly rude on the phone. I called to ask about labs & was immediately put on hold for 10 minutes. After this, the call resumed to the receptionist yelling back and forth to someone from afar, and being called away as I was hung up on. I'm guessing the entire staff took a lunch break, because I couldn't manage to get ahold of anyone for an hour after. I never even got to give my name. Worst service ever...

Website for booking was created by a team of psychopaths, where it constantly forgets pieces of info you just gave it and it runs you in circles. I had to confirm my email address over and over which isn't done by clicking a link in the email but going back to the patient portion of the site (written instructions in the confirm email). It took about three hours to book this appointment. I paid the $10 I was supposed to and agreed to all of the things. Then when I got there, they had no record of me filling out the consent forms or the $10. The lady on-site had no way to resolve the issue (such as by herself charging me the $10 and singing the form again) other than to tell me to book another appointment and try again. Tried the check-in kiosk three times while I was there and it kept wedging on the same screen then crashing. The $10 isn't a big deal but this level of bumbling belongs no where near medicine. This location is part of a medical center/hospital like setup, inside of it, right by a loading area, and drivers without masks kept unloading people. Failed to find any way to contact support. Had my credit card company reverse the charge. Medicine in the US is absolutely stuck in the stone ages.

Court ordered druggies waiting outside for drug tests... waiting outside because facility staff failed to appear to open up on time at 1:00 pm. Staff finally opened the doors at 1:35pm after I phoned corporate headquarters and started inquiring about their publicly-traded status. The place inside was dirty, short-handed of staff, and the two staff members treated me, a customer who has never been in trouble with the law, as if I were. The last bit was that the test ordered by my doctor was lost by staff as if I was never there. They have a computer for you to sign in with also taking a copy of your driver's license so they can tell if you were actually there. Getting a physician ordered test was such a waste of time at Lab Corp. I wonder if my sample was switched out for cash to help a failing druggie in need? Wonder what Wall Street would think of such shoddy business practices? When I called to complain about their losing my sample, their excuse was that I should have known that this location off Hwy 153 & Shallowford Rd was used a lot by the courts. That is no excuse to lose a sample. If they had enough staff & proper procedures for handling samples followed, samples would not be switched or lost.

I always enjoy the service at this place. The woman knows I do not like needles and she always gets it right the first time. Very professional.
