employees are efficient. phlebotomists are always excellent. my issue is with the limited hours and locations. this was a problem even before covid. it is very difficult to get there if you work a full time job, and you never know how long the wait will be.

This is supposed to be named ST. Peters laboratory Not Lab Corp. located at 4 Palisades Dr. Suite 120 Albany, New York 12205. I got blood drawn here on 9/21/20. Phlebotomist nice. Reception very rude and unfriendly. Getting my lab results is a joke. In a phone calling circle. My dr has requested them 4 x and has sent 2 urgent fax requests and still has not received all my results. When you call to request the results faxed. They say "your doctor needs to request them ". I ve explained to them many times" no resolution. Over a month now. Ive been forced to get my labs re drawn due to them not being able to release my results to me or my doc. customer service lacks extremely, phone conversations Very quick to speak over you. Not helpful at all. (518)525-1475. ( reference lab) and (518)525-6186 azalia( terrible employee). Id fire her on the spot. Definitely losing business from her. can't find help from not one person!!

This is NOT a labcorp even though it lists labcorp info. This is a St Peter's Laboratory.

Do not use this lapcorp location, unless you want to be rudely treated. I was threatened with police action, refused service and nearly hit in the face with the take a number sign, when I failed to notice the take a number sign at early am in the morning. The two other more awoke people in the room saw no problem in letting me go next, and they let the window staff know this, but rather allow me to go next the staff pouted and left their work stations. Beware of the lady with the short dark hair and glasses as well as her coworker with the blue headscarf, they are not suited for their jobs in customer service. I would give them no stars if it were permitted.

You know you have thyroid disease when you're on a first name basis with your phlebotomist. I've been going to this LabCorp location for about 5 years for both my routine blood work for physicals and for my frequent blood work for my thyroid. The staff is friendly and polite. The phlebotomist always complies with my request for a butterfly needle rather than the regular needle as I think they hurt less and after getting stuck ever 6-10 weeks for the last 10+ years I have a lot of scar tissue over everyone's preferred vein, so the butterfly needle hurts less. My primary care nurse practitioner gets my test results quickly (usually less than 3 days). The facility is very clean and well maintained. It is conveniently located off of Everett Road. Testing can be done on a walk-in or appointment basis. They open at 6:30am, so if you need to do fasting blood work and are grumpy, like me, without breakfast first thing in the morning, you can get in and get out quickly and go get breakfast long before you need to be at work. The friendly phlebotomist and impeccably clean facilities are not hallmarks of some of the other LabCorp locations in the Capital Region (in fact other LabCorps have been 1 star experiences because of rude phlebotomist). I withhold one star because (1) they are sticking me with a needle, so how much can I really like them and (2) occasionally there is up to a 30 minute wait without an appointment and (3) seldom is anyone able to answer the telephone (because they are with a patient).
