My family and I own a dry cleaner, we have been pressing shirts for over 4 decades and without a doubt llbean button downs are the HIGHEST quality shirt money can buy. We’ve seen it all, dry rotted, rips, missing buttons and not yet one bad llbean shirt. Don’t waste your money anywhere else just grab an llbean and you will not regret it! Great customer service and Lise is amazing! Very helpful!

The store mirrors the catalog. Went to a store to try on clothes before purchasing or needing to return a size that did not fit. Stores do not carry all sizes and/or colors. Store is in a mall. They keep everything chained or locked behind a fence. The few salespeople were not interested in helping unchanging to try on clothes and boots. Discouraged enough to stop wearing llbean.

Nice big store, and it's connected to the mall, so you can go and shop after you leave l.l Bean.

I used to like it more. But it has big advertisements 50% off, but hardly anything is on sale in the store. Everything's super expensive and the quality doesn't seem to be getting much better. They barely made four stars. I wish there was a Patagonia instead.

Nice store. Over priced for "outdoor" fashion gear and clothing, and I'm disappointed by the removal of the long-held refund/return policies that made the extra costs worth the expense. Clothing is generally high quality, but the price puts a lot of it out of my day-to-day reach. I do like the dress shirt quality and longevity, do I try to save up for a couple of those a year, and I look for online sales when I can. Tough to find what I want/need amongst sale items. Gear is average to high quality, but is often private label branded by known manufacturers. I have a friend who works at this store, so that's a plus.

I needed to get some gifts from guests from the West Coast and imagined that attire from LL Bean would be something quintessentially Northeastern. As I don't shop here myself (and having been deterred by the company's politics) I had no expectations when I entered the store. First, the store is large, handsomely laid out, and conveys the (correct) impression of high quality. I was approached by two salespeople who were very nice and very helpful. It pretty much screams high quality by your shopping experience. The items I selected were full price, and not inexpensive, but were clearly well made. At check out they were carefully wrapped and placed in a shopping bag (kudos for not appearing to charge for the bag and for not using plastic.) I would go back here in a moment. Factoring the dirth of high quality options in the Albany area it's nice to have this here.

Very friendly and attentive staff at this store. I had a great experience shopping for some Bean Boots, the staff brought out loads of different styles and sizes to help me find the perfect fit. They didn't have any wide fit sizes in store so they ordered the right size to be delivered to my home.

Great store. Great associates. Terrible prices. Just way to hi. Went to buy two pairs of jeans. Only could afford one at $79.00 a pr.
