Had to return an online purchase, the line was long, but the customer service reps moved the line along, so the wait wasn't bad.Some depts were messy, they clearly need more employees.

I was cordially greeted when I entered the store and treated with the utmost respect upon checkout. Even while shopping, I had a question about a price and an associate showed up with a price checker. Nice job, Kohls!
