I called this morning because my check engine light went on, Pete got me in right away, addressed the issue and changed my oil while I waited. I was so relieved, words cannot express how great it is to have someone who I can trust servicing my vehicle. I've been a customer for years, this is why.

I've been bringing my cars to Pete at Jefferson Motors for several years upon recommendation from a coworker and her family. I was NEVER disappointed. What sealed the deal was when I had some smoke from the exhaust. A local car dealer guestimated that I needed to replace all sorts of expensive items tying my car up for days. I brought it to Pete. He found a little oil leak, gave me a WRITTEN estimate,I approved it. And quess what! I was charged EXACTLY what was on the paper! That sealed the deal for me. I brought all my cars there after that! I even bought a car, that I loved for years, from the place! You won't be sorry.

Went in for a check engine light diagnosis and they charged me 60$ said that it was a generic code and cleared it sure enough I get in the car and the light is back on and they diagnose it again and say now it’s showing a different code. Waste of time and money and least organized place I’ve used better off paying more for a well run dealership

Honest and competent mechanics are hard to find, and you WON’T find them here. Brought in my vehicle for overheating and it was misdiagnosed 3 separate times, and I was charged all 3 times for a total of over $1300 for parts and labor that never fixed the problem. Finally had to take it to Armory Dodge to get the proper diagnosis. Despite Armory being very expensive they are at least competent at what they do.Services: General repairs & maintenance

I had my vehicle towed there by AAA because I was having issues with vehicle starting up so. There were no codes displaying at the time just no spark when the key was turned and the AAA driver can confirm that was the case. I provided a starter the next day and told them to use that if it turned out to be the problem. They replaced the starter and said a ground wire was the reason it wouldn't start. They returned my vehicle with a check engine light with 11 codes displaying. On top of all that when I bench tested the old starter it worked just fine. Not only did they replace a part that did not need to be replaced but they caused additional damage to the vehicle. Since they are taking no accountability I will now have to take them to small claims court.

Excellent mechanics, pricing is fair and reasonable. Street parking makes it difficult to access the building and the waiting room is old and small, but the evaluation of your car and it's mechanical needs has always been the best.

So I stopped here without an appointment, based on a recommendation from a friend and I thought I was going to have to get my exhaust system replaced; the owner working on his day off put it up on the rack and gave me a free estimate and showed me that it just needed to be welded and he didn't even charge me! you don't find that kind of customer service anymore the dealership would charge me $500! I will definitely be back.
