I got a pair of pants here for $13 and I’m obsessed with them. A dying store in a mall that is actually still going strong. They give you the thinnest most ridiculous handle-less paper bags to carry your stuff out. They ought to he ashamed of those bags.

Good help is hard to find. Everyone wants $15 to stand around. Employees have no idea except to point or cash you out. Need help, you're SOL!

I can't get anyone in the store to answer the phone. It's very frustrating.

I may have cut them short with a 3 star rating as I was influenced by the Stafford product I bought. It was not the way I remembered it and i was disappointed. Things change, i understand. I guess I was hoping this product was still the same. I thought i got luck because only one in my size was available. The store was very clean with a good assortment of products.

Just spent 20 minutes circling the bottom floor trying to find 1 cashieer to price a product or, heaven forbid, purchase an item. No one to be found. I guess it’s all free?

There is something wrong with your sizing. A size 12 is huge, especially around waist. Size 10 is perfect except for waist. I normally get a 12. I think it Is marked with wrong size.
I might add that I use to work in the regional credit office when it was in area. Mr. Penny was still alive. Very conscious of his business. Things would be different if he were still alive.

I was very unhappy with my experience today at the JCPenney portrait studio at crossgates mall. Unfortunately construction put me 10 minutes behind arriving for my session. When I arrived the photographer was still working with the previous client and I was told that due to time constraints he can't do my photo session until 6:30 tonight. Perhaps you shouldn't book your session so close together that you're still working with your previous client when your next one arrives. And when I expressed this to the photographer I was told that it is clearly stated in the policy or something like that to arrive 15 minutes prior to your session otherwise they have the right to basically cancel your appointment or move it around to what fits their schedule. Or later than it was scheduled. So therefore I am never going to return to their studio again.

I come here multiple times when I’m visiting friends in Albany and almost every time I see unequal treatment in this store. This time though, just racism. I see an old women supervisor and another supervisor next to this old women, telling this young lady (asian) that works there as an associate what to do and not do and even what to wear!! Seriously?? I can’t imagine how it’s like for her, she seems like the only Chinese working there as well. I should not be overhearing things but really??? This old women telling this young lady that she’s wearing something that shows skin??? EXCUSE ME, she’s wearing an all black business casual outfit with LONG sleeves and dress pants and you’re telling her she’s showing skin??? Meanwhile there’s this other associate working there with a top and leggings … And by the way, this young lady is just the sweetest associate I’ve seen around, I hope she doesn’t quite this place. But the JCPenney here, at Crossgates of course, is just toxic.
