Love Huck Finn warehouse always find just what you want from the showroom. Just purchased new carpet and mattresses a couple months ago and they are great and comfortable. Purchase furniture last year and it's still comfortable and In great shape with animals in the home. Would definitely recommend to everyone.

A SHADOW OF IT'S FORMEER SELFBack in the day, this was THE PLACE to buy furniture! They had such an enormous selection, it was IMPOSSIBLE not to find something you liked. So now the owners are converting the building into apartments, and the furniture store has shrunk to just half of one floor. There's still good stuff there, but the selection is much smaller. For me, the size of the place was what made it special.Then, there's another problem. If you buy something and you want to take it, you have to go to another building a few blocks away to pick it up. It's a dingy spot behind the RCA dog. It's not well signed, and I had to look for their tiny little sign and then knock on the door to get my stuff. Not a good experience.Next time I'm looking for furniture, I will be heading in a different direction for my first stop to be sure.Im just guessing, but in a few more years it will probably be all apartments and then what was once Albany's best furniture store will be completely gone. A great story but a sad ending.

I will spare the sordid details of why this poor man's Walmart furniture center sucks moose c**k, but I will tell you this. Buy from them, and have a problem, any problem, big, small, or otherwise, and you are just plain fuc*ed. Once they have your money in THEIR pockets, you are now personna non grata...nothing...nobody. The customer service is DONE!

This review is actually for Bassett Furniturewhich has a Showroom located in the Warehouse at Huck Finn. I purchased a sofa and matching loveseat at Bassett Furniture in October 2021. MADE in the USA!The sales associate/design consultant I had was Paras Hilstro who was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. She answered all of my questions that day and later in several emails. I was allowed to borrow 10 fabric samples to take home which helped me make a decision. I was able to place my order by phone which was very good.My furniture was arrived at Bassett two weeks ahead of the projected date. It was delivered 6 days before Thanksgiving which was perfect since I was hosting for the holiday. The delivery was flawless from competence of delivery men to setting up the furniture. I highly recommend Bassett Furniture for quality and value. In addition, I highly recommend Design Consultant Paras Hilstro for her excellent service including knowledge of this furniture line.
