At first, this place seemed ok, they answered a call back message withing a day, set up an appointment, and the appointment went fine. Few things left unfinished, I was told my tax info would finished in 4 days.Flash forward 3 weeks later, 8 unanswered voicemails, 4 unanswered emails, and a No Show Phone call apt from the tax pro, and I am a Fuming client.This business is horrible, their customer service is completely uncaring and apathetic, and when I FINALLY got one person on the phone to set up that phone call appointment with the tax pro, they did not care in the slightest about any of my issues and as a matter of fact blatantly ignored everything I had commented on, by simply saying to me, so you wanted to speak with your tax person then? Clearly not listening to anything I said..We are going on almost a month of unanswered phone calls and unreturned emails. They do not even have an open office location other than by appointments so I can't even walk in there to get my information back to go somewhere else!Terrible customer service, rudeness, apatheticness, and unprofessional. Go somewhere else. Do not waste your money.
