My shop was unexpectedly closed and I really needed a new vape, so I stopped by and was very pleased with the pricing (the same $ as my previous store), as well as having my particular item in stock! I'll definitely be coming back!

Went to the 50 N. Greenbush rd location. Wanted to grab a vape and when the girl came out of the back she was on her phone having a conversation in another language. Held her finger up for me to wait while she continued talking and laughing. Even came up to the counter and still ignored me while on the phone and moving stuff around on the counter. I walked out. I have stuff to other than wait for this person to decide she's ready to wait on me.

Have supported this small business for years. I buy a bit of everything but mostly disposable nicotine vape products. These devices are notoriously faulty. I have been lucky and rarely, if ever, have had to return anything to this store. It is outrageous that the owner will not refund me a store credit for a defective device she sold me because i have been unable to contact her due to her inconsistent personal hours. She does not allow any employee besides herself to handle any type of refund or store credit. This leaves customers helpless and forced into buying another device. Even worse she offers a 20% discount if you have purchased a defective device which leads me to believe she’s aware of the reoccurring problem. All I’m asking for is a replacement device. I’m sure this is difficult because people take advantage of these situations. I would hope that the owner of the business would recognize a good customer and not question our integrity. If I was sold a pack of cigarettes & they were all broken inside, the gas station would replace them for me. All Im asking for the same quality service. This feels like theft. I will be meeting with the owner hopefully in the next two days and I’m willing to change this review if things are made right. Until then I would go elsewhere for your smoke shop needs.

I've been coming here for years and always loved the place. But tonight there was a bald guy behind the counter making it clear me and my money was a problem. Rude, not concerned with my presence, and rushed me. Usually the staff here is friendly and cares about the clients. Wack.

They have two locations on the same street actually. Unknowingly I visited both so each one is getting a review. I bought the Puffy vape pens to try out. While they tasted good and started nice, it wouldn't charge. I called the store and the best answer I received was 'come back Wedneaday when the manager is here', it was SATURDAY and bought it Friday.
You know a product is garbage when out of anger you cave man slam the pen bottom to the table and it suddenly works. I wish I was joking; slamming a lithium battery pen (not recommended) to activate the circuit. I had to do this several times through out the life of the pen.
Oh, do you like fighting your pen? Be prepared to suck as hard as possible to free up the chamber. Whatever the coil mechanism is, well, it fails. Be ready to gasp for air after popping the 'bubble'.
Don't buy Puffy products from them period or any pen frankly. Check my other review for their second Albany location. If you want a reliable pen, Delaware Ave ExxonMobil sells 'Cake' as a brand. It was 55 before tax for the 2 grams of Puffy failure, Cake is 1.5 grams for 37 before tax.
For reference, I was a Massachusetts card holder for MMJ for several years. If you want real pens and they are state inspected and tested for purity, head to Massachusetts. 21 and over is recreational prices are dropping due to the over supply crisis happening.

Bought RPM 80 device from them little less than 3 months ago screen doesn't work they couldn't provide me with a receipt based on my phone number and pretty much told me there was nothing they could do it's a joke here even if they provide a receipt it doesn't show a description of the item so you cannot use it for warranty

House Of Glass is the best shop in Albany! The product selections are the best in the city, and the prices are always good. Isabel is incredibly knowledgeable, she knows exactly what she’s talking about. Really, all the staff are great and professional. The store is always clean and inviting. They’re open plenty late. This is where you want to go for what you need!

I used to love coming here every week to buy incense and other items while waiting for my laundry to finish. today I went in to purchase a vape pen battery. I told the sales associate I just needed something basic and he recommended a specific brand, asking me which color I wanted. I chose, paid, and went and plugged the battery in to charge. once my laundry was done I tested the battery to find it didn't work, it was charged and functioning but it was not recognizing that a cartridge was attached. I went back into the shop and let him know it wasn't working. he proceeded to take my cart, try it on a few other batteries and then choose a brand I specifically passed on because their products are garbage quality (ooze life). he then shoved the cart towards my face/mouth, wanting me to try it. I took it from his hand and removed my cart to put it back onto MY battery, which I showed him was working fine once he proceeded to blame me/my brand new dispensary purchased cart. I finally asked for a refund and he initially refused, but once I'd been pushed beyond my limit of being gaslit by this j**** I demanded it and he relented. I'm not sure if this was just a one off of bad service combined with terrible product quality, but I won't be returning to find out after how I was treated.
