I’m always in a great mood. Always!!I enjoy the produce sold at honest weight but for some reason this Very rude older woman seemed to get under my skin as opposed to the lady who greeted me at customer service.I get it, not everyone is a morning person. Maybe they can schedule her later in the day after she stables her attitudeI will make it my business to use self service for now on and never have a conversation with any employee. I feel the culture should be more pleasant and comfortable and compassionate with all worker And customers alikeIt’s not that serious you’re a cashier and my effort to spread joy will be limited. Thanks see you next visit ?

So glad they actually have bulk food bins. I haven't seen any since 2020. Store was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Eclectic alternative to typical grocery store/supermarket experience. Extensive product selection, although you might not recognize the brands. Many opportunities to but bulk, organic, local, and in season. I mean, like they have a fresh brewed Kumbacha bar. Need I say more?

Great selection and the idea of a co-op is something I really like. I usually shop here over other grocery stores because of their local selection and commitment sustainablility.However, the customer service almost ruins it. Members who want cheap groceries but don't enjoy being there, I guess, make up much of the checkout staff. More often than not they are short-tempered and snarky ruining what was otherwise a pleasant experience. The self checkout would have been a brilliant way to side-step this problem but it's so finicky that you almost have to interact with them more.This is the main reason I've seriously considered going to other grocers.

Shawn, Katherine, and Michelle are amazing. I flew into Albany from California, and I was apprehensive about food options. I came to Honest Weight Co-op, and all apprehension left my body! What a great place to grocery shop. Everyone's so helpful! They even give out free ice packs for your food. I can't say enough about this place. Thank you for providing the community with healthy foods. Love from Oakland, CA.

Ive never shipped here before but wanna try them. I need a new grocery store Walmart is not it. I need to know if the fruit and veggies here are seeded before I go spend my money. I don't want seedless anything. that's all GMO.
