I could spend hours and thousands of dollars in Hobby Lobby! Excellent selection of craft materials, excellent prices and sales. Staff is always helpful and the merchandise is quality stuff!

I can't deny that Hobby Lobby has the best yarn. The quality and diversity of the selection is amazing. Most are in house brands but some are specialty brands. They also have sales often on they yarn... and everything else.

The store itself was fine. I was looking for a specific set of Xmas stickers that only HL carries. I've already bought out the stash of these in 4-5 stores between PA and SC this summer. This HL branch had very, very little Xmas stock out for public sale, and the stickers I wanted were not among the few things I saw. I even asked a manager about the Xmas stock and he acted like I was asking for the moon with a fence around it. All other branches seem to have Xmas items out, but not this one.

My granddaughter is very much into crafting, especially mask making . She was able to find the items she needed without any difficulty.The store is clean, bright, employees very pleasant and helpful

We love Hobby Lobby except for the manager he blatantly lied to us when we asked him to call the other away from store to check out an item for us he said he did when we got to the Latham store that manager said he never received a call so the manager at the Wolf Road store lie to us terrible customer service

Third time in two months I want there and was discouraged each and every time including this morning I'm into building models and modeling aisle is a total disgrace, it wouldn't download next to no paint and no supplies for building your model. Next time I'm trying a hobby shop in Kingston New York.

I needed a custom matt cut. I went to Micheals. Went thru the full process to have it cut. THEN the clerk tell me they do not have the material and it might take three weeks to get. Clerk actually told me it might be cheaper and quicker to have a new frame made and let them do the entire project. They “send it out” and it might only take a month! Talk about “bait and switch”!! I asked the clerk why we had wasted all this time and she had no answer. Contrast this to Hobby Lobby. I was in and out in an hour! This was my second time to the Wolf Rd store. People were helpful and friendly. And they have what they advertise! NEVER going anywhere else!!!
