Today while I was shopping at the store with my small children and male shopper was inside the store with his pants all the way off in his underwear in the men’s section. He was standing in his underwear with everything showing while my poor children were subjected to this pig. The store employees acted like it was ok and did absolutely nothing. I spoke up to the manager and he told me he was calling security and allowed the man to stay inside the store with other shoppers who also had children. The employees never called security and the man walked out of the store with his purchase in hand. He exposed himself to my children and myself in front of the whole store. I did say something to the man but it is absolutely disgusting that the employees are ok with some pervert showing himself to other shoppers. I called security and the man was confronted by the Albany police and removed from the mall. These employees should most definitely have some type of action taken against them because this is not ok at all. Security walked down to the store and asked why they didn’t call them. The manager was too afraid to speak up to this man but yet let him endanger the whole store. Absolutely disgusting

Great store but sales cashier young man this afternoon (12/14/24) at Colonie Mall was very unfriendly and had a poor attitude.

The Hispanic male staff is so rude. He is tall, black hair with a mustache. He ran into customers, but never said sorry. He sounds so unhappy about his job, never smiled, always shows his long face. When you say thank you to him after cash out, he does not give you a response. This person should be fired. He does not like this job, and he is uneducated. Go back to school and get educated!

I always find good deals when i come here. I miss shopping at the one in NYC since moved a few yrs ago. I got some items for the Summer for me and my teenage daughter. She was very happy. She got a hoodie in July lol. Kids nowadays are hilarious. (No she's not wearing it, she just wanted a new one).

H&M caters for the smaller sizes women,which is a disappointment for me. I love their kids section and most of their men apparel.

Colonie H&M store manager 'Melanie' is severely deficient in her role and I found her to be very unorganized while waiting in line and being taken at the register.She seemed very tired/irritated and was not demonstrating good leadership in front of store associates, I could almost feel her unmotivated attitude which was negatively affecting the staff.You shouldn't manage in retail if you can't 'manage' it. I'll be going to Crossgates from now on.
