I have been getting my crochet braids done there consistently for many months now and I have yet to be disappointed. In the past (at other salons) I have had my hair braided super tightly and the style didn't last. Kerry Ann braids efficiently and painlessly and my style not only lasts but gets better the longer I wear it. I constantly get strangers coming up to me complimenting me on my hair. 10/10 would recommend!

I went for a big chop and hair color. Everything was going fine until it came to cutting and styling my hair. For my big chop she literally combed my hair out into an afro and did whatever to it, she didn’t take her time or go section by section which left my hair so so uneven. Then when she styled it she used shine and jam mousse to just comb it out and said she was done. I paid $90 for a half cared about service.

I am very impressed with my hair I have been growing it out for maybe three months now after doing the big chop when I tell you I've been looking all over Albany for a hair stylist to cut my hair and I finally found one she did her thing with this cut she definitely has a loyal customer now
Update: When I first got my hair done I would say fabulous ? but after a week you can tell she chopped my hair up so bad I will have to get a brush cut now ?

I don't recommend if you have thick hair. What ever conditioner was use in my hair has to have a chemical in it. They use too much heat on your hair if my hair was not thick you would see my scap from burning the hair off that you can smell it. A month after getting my hair done from their when I wash my hair I can smell like chemical and burn hair.

Kerry Ann has been doing my sewn in hair extensions now for several months and always did a great job with the install. Recently I asked her for new hair since my old hair was almost a year old. I was charged 300 dollars for 2 bundles of blonde straight 613 which seemed like a fair price. She claims she orders the hair from the best of the best but there was no brand on the hair or does she say where she gets it from. She 100% guaranteed it. I used my strawberry leopard and artic fox semi permanent to color them from blonde to red. I have been using this product for years and there is no harsh chemicals in it and very natural and always makes the hair shiny, smooth and silky. I brought the hair to her to install and immediately I could tell it was stringy, knotty, thin, and felt like straw. She flat ironed it to try and hide the poor quality of it which left it completely fried and more dry. As the days went on the hair was becoming more dry and brittle, knotting, breaking off and full of split ends from the top to bottom of the hair. When I washed it and conditioned it very well still the same and is very frizzy with breakage all over. I cannot even get a brush through it. It looks like bad Barbie doll hair you would get at the dollar store. She sold me damaged poor quality hair and all my friends and family see it and can feel it and 100% agree with me. My old Remy hair extensions are in much better condition than these new ones she swears by. I reached out to her this morning with my concerns since I invested close to 1000 dollars between the install for 400 , hair for 300 and all the dyes to color it since it was 22 inches in length. She was extremely rude and immediately blamed me meanwhile I used the same exact semi permanent color on my Remy hair extensions which lasted me one year and never felt like these. Now I am out of all this money and stuck with poor quality hair that there is no help for and will be getting them removed.Please do not fall victim to her telling you she will get you great quality hair. She really doesn't care about her clients and is just in it for the money and will not take accountability and will give you a terrible nasty attitude. She also rushes you to get you in and out and cannot stick to appointment times and will work on several people at once which is very unprofessional.

I went in and told her my prior experience with having hairdressers taking off too much when they’re supposed to be just “trimming or clipping” your ends! Well, this young lady did the SAME EXACT THING! She cut 3-4inches of perfectly healthy hair! Probably because she was running her mouth the entire time! Well I will be seeking monetary compensation from her through civil court! I’m tired of grinning and bearing other people’s lack of skill and professionalism!
