The blonde pharmacist lady didn't have the time to explain my medication over the phone claiming she had a long line and just hung up on me. I went there in 5-10 mins, nobody in line, I confronted her about hanging up on me and she lied claiming I was yelling at her staff. Good thing I recorded. Don't use this pharmacy.

My husband and myself recently moved to the Albany area. We always used hanaford as our local pharmacyThe last few times both my husband and myself have had nothing but problems ranging from we were told they couldn't transfer our rxfrom one store to this oneAlso our prescriptions are NEVER ready when promised or tonight we went there and we were advised 1 they didn't have rx ready or in thesystem..hmm store to store transferedAnd then 1 of of my diabetic meds were out of stock and my other diabetic rx ..they only had a 3 day supply..my scripts were called in Monday by my doctor.. no courtesy call, no text message..NOTHING. my other hanaford store always kept us informed another the pharmacy staff the technician and pharmacist are very rude, and condescending.wouldn't suggest this pharmacy at this location to my worst enemy technician and. They the make it a point to not keep you informedDefinitely going backto our original hanaford pharmacy will be an inconvenience. But the the staff at myhanaford pharmacy staff go out of the way to keep us in the loop and they will take their time to make sure you understand your current and new rx.Just down right rude and condescending they talk down to you. My husband and myself are NOT CHILDREN.. believe me this will be sent to corporate office

This is for Hannaford to go pickup order. I tried it yesterday and highly impressed. Super friendly and a very pleasant and convenient experience. Am happy with the quality of items picked out.I would give a 5, but they didn't have everything. However, I was ok with that and understand. I would use this service again in the future. Thank you.

I needed to correct my COVID-19 Vaccine Record so I could enter the data into Empire Express Plus. RHEANNA was most helpful, courteous, professional and found the error on my record. Unfortunately I can't give zero stars. We bought lobsters from here and they were horrible. Once cooked very little meat and so much water came out of the body. AVOID THE SEAFOOD HERE GO TO AN ACTUAL MARKET.
