Our bus made a stop there for some time on our way to NYC, coming from Montreal for a bus clean up and picking up passengers. Nothing special to report about the place but that it has bathrooms, vendor machines, a big waiting area with sparcely spread out benches and wifi.

No restaurant, chips and sweets but the rate sandwiches seem disgusting, only 2 door toilet work. Greyhound should choose a better place for a stop or this terminal should be revamped. Even the drivers are complaining to us.

This bus stop is disgusting. Only vending machines are available for food and half are out of service. Only some of the bathroom stalls have seats. It smells like pee inside and you have to wait inside for the bus (not allowed to be outside when they pull up). Albany is a big city. Clean this dump of a bus station up. Gross.
