Beautiful thrift store. So many high-quality items. The clothes are clean, ironed, And well organized. Staff is very friendly. I happen to hit their end of summer sale. Everything was priced at two dollars Banana Republic, Talbots, Ralph Lauren. Some were even new with tags... All their merch looked new.

A wonderful spot to shop! She accepts high quality items, and the prices are very reasonable (boutique and clearance!) The owner is super friendly and sweet.

This boutique is well laid out, and the displays are attractive and outstanding. I felt like the clothes I was donating would be treated we'll and put to good use.

I found two dresses I needed for events and the owner and the other worker were so nice enough to watch me try on several dresses and give me their opinions. They were so sweet and the prices for the dress were incredible!! Highly recommend

Overall great place! Good central location and usually a decent selection. I agree with all the other reviewers about the prices being a bit outrageous, but haven’t had the issues other people mention about the cashiers being rude.

completely unreasonable prices for a second hand store, and the merch is all terrible to boot. ugly, way out of date (and not in a cute way), stained, covered in pills, I wouldn’t take anything if they were handing it out for free

Great thrift store for vintage clothes. Unbeatable prices and the staff is so helpful.Also, if you need some business attire they are also a GREAT spot. I had to leave before I bought all their coats!

I have been going to Great Finds since it opened, and have always found it a wonderful place to shop! Susan the manager is Awesome!She sources an eclectic collection of quality things! I have had many compliments on the clothes I have bought there, & try to go there whenever I can!The creativity Susan puts into her windows amazes me, she really goes to town!She is also incredibly patient with her workers there, most of whom suffer from disabilities. She gently pushes them into new experiences, so that they can gain independance. She models grace, acceptance of others, and dedication to her job, at the same time as sourcing things, recieving doations, answering phones, window dressing, managing employees, pricing, & helping with difficult customers, and finances, to name just a few of the numerous things she does! She helps employees grow from sometimes hardly speaking or having trust, to having confidence, which is not an easy job!So to anyone who has criticisms , perhaps more tolorence, & acceptance is needed on their part?! Because there is noone that could do the amazing job that Susan does!

Woman at the register, not the owner was very rude. Could not stand in the dressing room for more than 2 seconds before she was outside the curtain yelling for me to hurry up. And she did this to every customer who went in after us. She even had the audacity to make a snide remark about another customer only purchasing one thing. Maybe they would have purchased more if they had time to try things on. Very rude and condescending, can’t say I’ll be back.

A great store that benefits a great organization here in Albany (Equinox house). I was especially impressed with their selection of women's businesswear. Found some awesome vintage pieces, and some really good steals including a blazer for $2 bucks. The women working there were also so sweet. Will be returning!
