I just purchased a new 2024 GMC Canyon from Goldstein Buick GMC in Albany, NY. My sales associate was Nick Coli - I met him a few months back when I inquired about available inventory. He has a quiet, polite and professional demeanor without nagging or pressuring buyers. He had clear communication, knowledge of the model I was interested in, and was willing to assist me with various options I had questions about. Finally, a few models with the options I wanted showed up on the lot, and I was trying to decide which color. I left and told him I would think about which one. Nick took the initiative and sent me some videos of the different trucks to help me decide. This was the ultimate factor in me selecting the color I bought. :) If you are looking to purchase a Buick or GMC in the Capital Region, stop in and see Nick! Frank (sales manager) and Joey (finance) were also friendly to work with and the truck was detailed nicely when I picked it up. I'm pleased with my purchase - Thank you!

Scott is service has been taking great care of me and my vehicle since 2012. He recommends needed services (I have over 273,000 miles) and had an honest chat with me about future repairs due to the age and mileage. He never pressures me only guides. When I told him I wanted a new Terrain but don't like the gear shifter he recommended I look at Acadia or hold for 2025 Terrain as he drove that and it didn't have the button shifter.

My service specialist Mike Nahumyk was beyond helpful in explaining what services I needed, could wait on and additionally what to expect in the future. He called me when it was finished to again go over everything that his team has completed and when I arrived back, check out was a breeze. I’ve been a customer with buick for a while now and this was by far the best experience to date. Thank Mike!

for taking care of us. We went to look at a 2024 truck and it was ready to drive when we arrived. Greg was able to answer most of my questions and we had good conversation and a good dealer experience. The antique Buick in the showroom was awesome! The Goldstein price for the truck was reasonable (considering they are all way expensive - o'buyden inflation) and below MSRP.

I always love coming here now! Fairly new customer, but each time I’ve got in so quick and always feel welcomed. Jason in service has also been consistently very helpful and great at quick communication when needed as well! Appreciate what he does as well as the other service team members!

I'd suggest you tell costumers that when getting a key. That the key cost and labor.
How you tell me 138$ over phone. Then grand total 330$ when show up it get it done.
What a joke. Worst service ever. I'd suggest going any place first.

i went into get an oil change and while I was there i was told that there is a recall on the middle row seat belt buckle. They were also going to take care of that at the same time. I was then told that I dont have a middle buckle and they gave me a price to install one. I would have thought that it being a 2023 car that it should have been installed to begin with and that I should not have to purchase something should have installed with the car. I also purchased an extended warranty on the car when I purchased it. Disappointed at best.
I would like to take back everything I complained about previously, all I had to do was contact the dealership that I bought the car from and they immediately sent me a check to cover the cost of a new one and installation. Goldstein's installed it and I am very happy with the end results. They were great usual.
