They provide an outstanding service from the finish your phone call. They make it easy for all your glasses repair needs. They work with many Insurance to make the process as smooth. They will come to your house and this is the second time I have used them for my cars. I would not go to a different shop as long as they are available. All the staff is nice there and they go above and beyond explaining things. They have a nice waiting area in case you want to wait for your car like I did in this case due to the snow. On my previous repair they came to my house and the process was smooth. Also, they provide you with a quick appointment. Thank you for the great service Glass America and also to Kyle for the job well done.

I was looking for a place to replace my Frontier's windshield after i90 claimed it with its wonderful rocks. Rather than go the easy "tv jingle" route I decided the best service and product would likely come from whomever services the local Nissan dealers.
I phoned them both and they both use the local Glass America....so I called them.
The woman on the phone was extremely accommodating and made the appointment for the same week around my schedule. She also handled the insurance claim.
Upon arrival the gentleman that met me was polite, easy to talk to and helpful. He answered all my questions and then told me it would be around an hour.
True to his word it was ever so slightly less than an hour, had me sign his device, told me about the lifetime warranty [stress cracks etc, not another rock obviously] and I was on my way. He reminded me to not wash my truck right away as well.
The glass they installed, while clearly aftermarket [no Nissan heat stamp] - looks to be of good quality, and has all the same "black trim dot stuff" [whatever that's for] in all the same places. The new trim outside and existing trim on the bottom is both installed properly and the new trim [top and sides] looks just like OEM.
All in all a positive experience all around and I would repeat [though hopefully I don't need to] and recommend. Too many places nowadays are just trying to make a buck and process as many people as possible. Glass America of Albany did a great job.
