Everyone I spoke with was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! Shawn was especially helpful and did a great job replacing my window. They quoted me half as much as Safelite, there was zero hassle as they came to me as scheduled, and came out immediately over a week later to make a minor adjustment for free. I would recommend them to anyone in need!

Fantastic! The service exceeded all my expectations. They were quick to greet me upon arrival and were immediately prepared to start work at my scheduled time. The windshield was replaced and calibrated for the advanced safety system in under an hour. I was fully advised on completion and out the door well before the time that was allotted for the repair. This place went above and beyond to help me out. We had a road test scheduled and they were able to fit us in at 7am. Brendan is the man he was cool and calm waiting there 15 minutes early! The process was super easy and quick in a post Covid world when customer service and genuine humanity is lacking Brendan went above and beyond. Juanita you need to give this man a raise !

Glass America replaced the windshield on my VW Atlas and it couldn't have been a smoother process. They were very responsive and courteous on the phone when setting up my appointment. When I showed up for my replacement there was a tech waiting to take my car immediately, the service was performed in even less time than I was told to expect, and the replacement (including the fancy electronic calibration) was done flawlessly. It was refreshing to have this work completed in such a stress free manner.

I had a rock hit my windshield which caused a crack so I contacted my insurance company on Monday the 22nd they referred me to Glass America and my glass had to be ordered because it’s a dealer part. It was there on Wednesday the 24th I was called that day, I was able to get an appointment the next day. I arrived a little before 10 everyone was very nice, the gentleman working on my car took my keys at 10am told me he would be about an hour and asked if I had any questions he was done a little before 11am. They were very helpful, on time, quick and informative. After he was done he explained their warranty and what to do while the adhesive sets.Service: Auto windshield replacement

I am so grateful for how easy this experience was thanks to Glass America's amazing employees. There was a hiccup with my insurance agent giving my auto insurance the wrong policy number. Heather quickly rectified the situation and made sure that I could still keep my appointment.
