Worst towing and repair experience I’ve ever had.
This company is a complete disaster. We paid for towing upfront, they wasted an entire day on a “diagnosis” that any normal shop would do in an hour, and then gave us outrageous prices and ridiculous wait times. We refused their repair — and that’s when things got even worse.
We paid for a second tow the same day, were told the truck would be moved, and the next day we found out they never towed it at all. No call, no update, no explanation. Just silence. They ignore calls, avoid responsibility, and treat customers like we don’t matter.
This is not a business — it’s chaos run by people who clearly have no idea what they’re doing. Zero professionalism, zero communication, zero respect.
Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. They will waste your time, your money, and your nerves.

Extremely rude! Very arrogant man called me back after the Internet states they are open 24/7 so as a mother of 4 broken down on a Sunday I call, the man didn't answer but called back almost immediately and I thought it was amazing. However he only called back to say very rudely no one is in the shop, no one can help and said goodbye then hung up. Awful customer service. I couldn't even get a word in before he started being extra spicy.. perhaps change your hours on here and people wouldn't be calling at 10am on a Sunday?

My company hired Gary's Garage for a service of fixing our load that shifted in our tractor trailer. I provided pictures to "Mic" and fully explained our situation. After considering the job, he shot me a price that I thought was high (A few thousands) but did not negotiate due to the size of the job and needed their help. Our driver arrived on site at their facility at 1:30 pm in the afternoon to start the job. After repeated follow ups to start the job and remaining patient , finally at 4:45 pm , "Mic" comes to look the job over and decides this is more than he can handle and tells me he can no longer help us. I understand if a job is not in your wheel house, but to accept the job , have us positioned for your help only to be stalled, and then turned away at the end of the business day when it would be much more difficult to find assistance was a very poor reflection of this company. This would have been a very different story if they would have shared this at say 2 pm.... I would be very cautious to do business with these people.
