“The staff at the Albany Lovesac store is top notch! They don't pressure you into purchasing and were happy to give us a quote. We had stopped into the store as I've always dreamed of owning a lovesac couch. After playing with designs and color's, we received the quote, and walked around the mall. We went back a few hours later and made the purchase. We were told it would arrive in 1 to 3 weeks. It arrived in 3 day's! I was very happy we didn't have an off burn of chemicals either. I'm super sensitive and couldn't smell any chemicals. The frame has a lifetime warranty, which is needed with kids and dogs around. Quality couch! I can't recommend this store and their products enough.”

“My experience with Freight Liquidators was incredible. From the moment, my friend and I entered the store and saw the purple couch and love seat, the journey was so smooth flowing!Tim the wonderful young man who assisted in the entire process was knowledgeable, respectful and most enjoyable to interact with! He showed us a gorgeous queen size futon which I was looking for and I purchased all three pieces.I set up delivery arranging with Tim and that went very well also. I received a call a short while before delivery was scheduled and delivery folks said they would be here shortly. They arrived and carefully brought in the furniture; and also put together the futon for me. They also took off all the packaging for the couch and loveseat and added the beautiful bottom "feet"Every company should have excellent products like this as well as incredible customer service and complete follow-through. “I’ve been renting from Aaron’s for 11 months now. So far rented a washer and dryer, a dishwasher and a ps5. The process to rent is so smooth and easy. Every employee here I have interacted with has been extremely polite and made the experience more joyful. Thankfully I have been able to pay my bill on time and early since starting with them so I can’t say how they are when you’re late on payments yet but so far my experience has been great. I look forward to continuing renting from this Aaron’s.”
“I haven't received my furniture yet but I wanted to send a shout out to Patrick who was ever so patient with me as I looked for a dining set. He went out of his way to find what I wanted (going so far as to call the company after they discontinued the table I liked). As we selected chairs his attentiveness was obvious as he listed to my concerns about wear and handprints etc. Patrick also beat every local competitors prices so don't hesitate to visit Stickley for your furniture needs!”

“When I first went into the store, I asked the sales person where the mattress’s were located. He responded that they were in the back of the store. Well, I’m handicapped and having a bad day. Franklin advised me that they had a wheelchair available and would that be acceptable to me?I was so thankful for his support and kindness. I then was able to go and make my purchase. I’m very pleased with his thoughtfulness and kindness.”
