jeff and linda are refreshingly genuine people. my husband and i stopped in for a jewelry repair and were not disappointed. absolutely delightful turn around time and the price was more than fair. we are thrilled to have found a new jeweler--one that is honest, knowledgeable, and genial. so happy with the repair, the shop, and the fun customer service!

Purchased a bracelet, a few years ago at a great price custom made and it looks great, and reset a ring also, going to try to get over there today to see what I can get wife Xmas.

Jeff does such incredible work! He took my Mom's engagement ring and melted it down and designed a custom engagement ring for me and his original filigree design was absolutely stunning. I get so many compliments on my ring and I have also had him redesign settings on other rings that I have. What a gift Jeff has and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I was in the area and called to see if I could have my watch looked at. The team at Fritze’s could not have been any more accommodating. I walked in and walked out 10 minutes later with my watch repaired and some good conversation about ice cream. I highly recommend Fritze’s.
