I’m giving this one star because I have to. Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. Sales associates should be helpful and friendly but the people here are anything but that. I went in during normal business hours to look at a specific product and ask questions, and was subsequently treated like a nuisance by a rather rude employee. I will never come here again or recommend this place to anyone else.

We renovated a bathroom in early 2021 and ordered virtually all supplies through Kimberly at Frank Webb. Kimberly was exceptionally helpful in choosing from among many options and the showroom was very helpful as well. When one item arrived from the manufacturer damaged, Kimberly stood behind the product and, with minimal hassle, promptly ordered and had delivered a replacement at no additional cost and without delay to completing the renovations. In total, dealing with Frank Webb proved to be a very rewarding experience.
