Braids are not the length I asked for, and I called, asked the price, and she told me one price and when it was time to pay, she says another. Will be disputing chargers.

my braids at the very back are slipping out and it hasent even been a week ... the front is messed up and the entire head is already loose!

Wanted to get 2 cornrows done, called and asked if someone would be available the next day to do the, was told yes to come at 11. So the next day I called just to confirm and was told no one was available. Won't go to them again.

If you’re coming here for a quick re-twist please reconsider I have micro locks and my locks where twisted in the middle of my head by three in twos luckily I caught it before my hair locked up together worst experience ever I’m so upset I will never return they offered to fix it but no thank you why would I want to go back you had one job! No professionalism,they are rude to customers, some of the braiders are limited in the service they can provide. Some don't know how to do things like feed in braids. They leave customers to leave and take care of personal business.

By far the worst for one my box braids were so tight it pulled my edges out front and back salon was dirty and ghetto had random people coming in to sell stolen goods did not speak in english everyone not from africa hatti or where ever they from

Got some braids done here once. Horrible service and they did not care at all about how I wanted them done as the customer. Did not wash my hair properly. Towel dried my hair with extreme roughness and literally tried to rip through my hair during the detangling process. Then when braiding, I told them multiple times it was too tight. Instead of loosening up, they asked if I just wanted to leave after being half way done. The braids were so tight, I had no choice but to take them out the next day. Scalp was red and in pain for 2-3 days straight. Not to mention, instead of one woman handling this process, I had to deal with 3 of them. Took 5 hours just for some straight backs.They are not good at their jobs and I’m very sure many of them aren’t licensed to work at hair salons. Especially whoever they had wash, condition and detangle my hair. She did not know what she was doing. Very dirty and disorganized salon as well. Be careful!
