Over all it was a ok experience!! The gentleman helped my son and I with the sizes of the shoes and was super nice ( I had to size down so he was back n forth ) BUTTT cashing out I felt very rushed ( and there was no line) she asked if I had a email on file with them? I told her I'm not sure so she asked for it but didn't explain what comes with giving your email. I gave it to her and she said "no you don't have a email on file" n then goes about scanning n giving me my total. I felt that she should of explained into detail what the email was for or if there any points that could lead up to getting coupons also she threw the receipt in the bag ( I usually like to take my receipts) she didn't offer if I wanted my receipt, literally ripped it from the machine thru it in n said ur receipt is at the bottom of the bag.... Do better with the cashiers. We as customers should feel comfortable and welcome not being rushed n when cashing out ----> drinks at the register looks very unprofessional and everyone on there cell phones is just a bad vibe ?

Worst experience I’ve had in a JD. It was better when it was finish line. I got the product I wanted, but the employees did not ask if I needed help, which was always the norm at Finish Line. I had to go to one of the 3 employees standing at the front desk to get assistance. They seemed very uninterested. When upon checking out, the card reader ask if you will leave a survey, and the cashier automatically pushed 9. However I would not have gave a 9. I will not be back to this JD and will order directly online from now on.

The service attitude is extremely bad. I took a pair of shoes. At this time, a salesperson directly snatched the shoes and forbade me to try them on, even if it was my size. He took the shoes away and never went again. , Never go to your store!

Bad customer service, just walked in the store to buy some sneakers. At least 5 associates all at the register did not greet me or asked if they could help me. I even sat down on the bench for 5 to 10 minutes, still no acknowledgement. Maybe one other person in the st at the time.o I was in the store at least 15 minutes.

GO TO ANOTHER SPOT . Came here numerous times and it takes 45 min to get any help. Not even that they never can find what you need. One person says they are out of stock while another employee ends up surprisingly finding them. We ended up going to FOOT LOCKER

The employees here are so incredibly rude and everyone has an attitude, the place is a joke. There’s a whole lot of better places to buy sneakers at crossgates, do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else.

Left the store with the item I intended on purchasing as a gift but couldn’t help feeling as though I should had directly purchased from Nike for a better experience. The customer service was all around curt. On the other hand the store was clean and organized.

The prices of the sneakers and tshirts are the same price no matter what store you go to......I only gave 3 stars because of the people working there had no desire to help us. They were all on there cell phones and it just seemed like they didn't want to help us. I wish my job would let me be on my cellphone all day.

I won a raffle and got there 12 mins later one of the workers laughed in my face and told me I wasn’t getting my shoes when I know they were still there in store. I am sick of these workers taking shoes and selling them on the streets for more money ITS NOT RIGHT and than customer service number is no better. I will never shop with them again
