* Cost is what you pay, value is what you get -- even if you "overpay" * There is good selection of coins, bullion, jewelry, and mixed gold and silver products * Pre-pandemic, I would wait a long time to see a physician only to be rushed in-and-out in minutes; it feels post-pandemic, I feels like people take their damn time

Service was terrible, I stood at the counter for maybe 20 minutes without help. They had some Asian lady behind the counter just standing there like a brick wall. Terrible service. I ended up leaving and going to another coin dealer on route 5.

Came here with a ring I found in my new home. It had a number engraving so I figured it didn't hurt to try and see if it was worth anything. A young man helped me and I can say it was the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced in the Colonie area. The ring ended up not being real which wasn't any problem to me, I didn't tell him anything about it, he just took it and tested it. He told me (my mind you it's also how he said it) it wasn't real and it's nice costume jewelry I could play "dress up with" and pretend it's real. I don't know if he was being rude because he decided my financial state from a mere ring or it's just this dudes ego but whoever he is he needs a refresh on how to talk to people. Won't ever be doing business here again, nor would I ever recommend anyone to.

I went to Ferris to sell jewelry. Nicholas Jimenez was kind and polite. If he wasn't sure, he asked someone else to step in. He wrote everything down. They were very fair and, needless to say, I left very pleased. Highly recommend.

Safe and convenient with customer parking and secure entry. Everyone was polite and courteous. This was my first time there and all the other reviews were right! I had an excellent experience. Geoff (pronounced Jeff) is charismatic and as I waited (I didn't have an appointment) I could see other clients around me having great experiences as well. Even though I didn't have an appointment it didn't take long and I was happy with the cash in amount as well, everything seemed fair and appropriate. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.

We met with Geoff to evaluate and sell our coins, currency and gold jewelry. We were extremely impressed and satisfied with Geoff and compensation we received. We drove over 70 miles to meet him and it was well worth the drive. He far exceeded quotes we received from Utica and Syracuse dealers. Thank you Geoff.

Extremely unprofessional. Some RUDE man said our coins where fake. Took them to the coin shop in Rensselaer County and cashed out over $10,000 on a morgan silver dollar dated 1883. Dude didn't even look. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSE WHERE!!
