Terrible customer service, I asked the guy working behind the cashier if they accept big sized boxes and let him scan the barcode to check and see. He said it was fine and i even saw couple of them at the back. When I bought my drop off boxes in the store, he then start looking for the size limit and had no idea who checked in those boxes behind him and refused to take mine. Waisted my time and and energy for no reason. So I had to carry those heavy boxes back to my car. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.

Come to fill Rx at 1:40 and pharmacy is closed. No signage indicating closure for lunch or when ACTUAL pharmacy will reopen

Misleading this is NOT an on-site. Only pick up and drop off. Fix the title so you don’t waste people’s time running around town. They can’t even print a label.

FedEx OnSite in East Greenbush the customer service skills went beyond taking care of my returns he’s so knowledgeable and genuinely a nice person but unfortunately Walmart hasn’t given me my refund on one of my returns that was well over a month ago
