8/28/23 semi truck diver here. You have to back in to docks. Turn around in parking lot and back in. There is no place to turn around at docks. Quick unloaded.

We had an amazing experience with F.W. Webb for the HVAC design for our new home. Tom Coutant was incredibly knowledgeable and got us all the information we needed super fast. He also provided us with educated and thoughtful responses regarding specifics with our order. Jake with the sales team was equally as efficient and kind.

Called in to request a part I've had trouble finding. While I was stating I talked to someone at the store recently whom said they don't carry the part but they might be able to order it (advised I call back to talk to someone more experienced as it was on a Saturday) and tried to explain what part I need, Jake was extremely rude and cut me off mid sentence and made it very clear he didn't have the time to listen to what I needed. Very poor customer service. I will take my business elsewhere

Both Home Depot and Lowe's sold me the wrong parts for my radiator heat system. Webb sold me the right parts. 'Nuff said.

Very disappointed that after we purchased the wrong shower door, FW Webb is offering to refund around 40% of what we paid because we opened the box to inspect the contents. They're calling this a "restocking fee." I do not recommend that homeowners purchase from them.

Do your home work before buying Anything from FW Webb. Recently did a project and bought most of the material from Webb. Come to find out there prices are double what you would pay at a big box store for Pex fittings hangers etc....example a brass 1" pex 90 elbow is approx $10.00 dollars at Webb. You can get the same quality 1" Apollo brass pex 90 elbow at Home Depot for aprox $4.00 dollars. I'm a contractor so I assumed I would get contractor pricing but that is not the case. They are grossly over charging for the products they sell. Buyer beware do your home work before buying anything from F.W. Webb.
