Horrible! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They ruined my hair! There’s a burnt chemical smell left in my hair after several washes, they do not use heat protectant!!!! I’m completely natural and my hair was perfectly healthy before going here, my curls are completely ruined! They’re very aggressive , I know Spanish, little do they know and they were speaking negatively about all of their customers! Their business needs to be shut down, they are a disgrace to the Dominican/Black community.

I am so mad ! I went here about 3 weeks ago to get a wash and set and I’m finally washing it out, all of my natural hair curls are gone. My hair texture was 4b my hair looks horrible now, my curls are damaged and loose. The lady didn’t use any heat protectant and she wasn’t taking her time. Something needs to be done about this, my hair is ruined .
Requested style: I got a wash & set! Never again!
Hair type: My hair was 4b it looks about 2c right now .

I asked to get my hair curled. Showed a pic , just wanted basic beach waves… have no clue how to curl. My hair looked terrible. The lady tried telling me it’ll “ drop “ …. Here’s what I requested ( first pic ) & here is what I got … first i took a pic in the car right after and then hours later waiting for it to drop. If you couldn't do my hair you shouldve said no. Flat iron was on extremely high causing damage …. I just got my hair professionally done a week ago without problems.

Had a horrible experience at this salon. I went in for a color, wash and set as I had a wedding to attend the next day. I have a high pain tolerance and didn’t seem to have an issue under the dryer. I also wear glasses that I don’t keep on while getting my hair done. The whole time my hair was being blown out I had no clue my forehead and scalp were red. Had my hair finished and wrapped, $160.00 later and went home. When I got home I saw my forehead was red and didn’t think much of it because I am light skinned and too much heat will leave a red mark but will be gone in the morning. When I woke up my forehead was blistered because I was burnt so badly and my scalp was beat red and painful to touch. I had to wash my hair out two days later because the back of my head itched so badly. When washing my hair out my hands were purple from the black dye that wasn’t properly washed out. Don’t waste your money here!

it's sad to say but Black (Non Hispanic) women are not respected in this establishment. if you do not speak or understand Spanish, you will be talked about and even cheated out of money. I was there on July 9th and got a color, wash & set, trim and pin curls for $90. I went back yesterday September 10th for color and wash and set and was charged $120. I knew the price seemed kind of high but because I didn't remember what I was charged back in July I let it slide. I even left a $10 tip which WAS NOT DESERVED. upon getting home and checking my account i realized that I had been duped. how can you charge me $90 two months ago and $120 today? when I had LESS services done today? i immediately called and spoke with the owner who tried to tell me that I was charged the incorrect price back in July but also that prices had gone up. to which i replied "why are the prices on the wall the same"? same exact price chart that was there in July was there TODAY! she couldn't come up with an excuse fast enough for that. she offered to "give me a discount" next time I come in but I am through giving my hard earned money to these businesess who have very little to NO respect for me or my people. I also filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and I'm not gonna stop there.

ONE OR 2 Staff is friendly sometimes, fast at doing hair, nasty attitude sometime MOST OF THEM? ?
Half of them don't have their hair license, can't speak ENGLISH.....
