Absolutely horrible customer service. I paid nearly $1800 for a dollhouse kit which they said they had more than 2 in stock, up charged me an additional $75 on the shipping and then canceled my prepaid order when I called them out on it. Called and left a message to no reply back. As a active miniature hobbyist I will do no further business or refer business too. Good day✌????
