Guys did a nice job, but it rained a day later and my driveway has some dips that collect some water. Also the section close to my garage dies get much sun. Anyway several spots did not seal well. After calling, they came out and fixed the problem with no questions. It wasn't there fault but did it anyway. That's great customer service in my opinion!Will use them again in the future.

Very professional, friendly, courteous and thorough. I will have them seal my driveway again in 2 years.

Always the run around with these guys. Two times in three years, they always have an excuse for why they have to come back and then it’s days after that. Just avoid. Cheaper to do yourself.

Couldn't put no stars. Emailed in April when they called me back the said May or June as they start in guilderland and the price was based off of last year's supplier pricing. Called in early July to find status was told that Thursday they would be here. 3 Thursdays later they are a no call no show. Wanted to support the local guy that got the bad end from the town. Not no more, go somewhere else.

We've been getting our driveway sealed by Empire for ten years now and are extremely happy with their work. They edge, blow the driveway clean, fill cracks, and then seal. If our driveway doesn't need sealing they will only fill any cracks and be on their way. After the first two years we've had a seal every other year. Yes, they are busy, but we have a durable and solid driveway surface in return.

They are super busy and go by location so you will have to wait untill they get to your location. But they take there time and do it right.this is my 2nd time using them. $100 for driveway plus $50 for 50 feet of cracks to fill.

We called to get our driveway sealed back in April. They put us on the list and told us when they start in May we'll be at the top. We have called multiple times since - it's now JULY and we are still waiting. When we called in early June they told us they actually seal according to location (new information to us) and when they start Albany we are, again, at top of the list. We tried one more time today to follow up and they asked if they could call us back and then nothing! We're now calling someone else. Terrible terrible customer service.

The Empire crew did a great job. They showed up on time, cleaned up when they were done - the driveway looks awesome, and the price was right.

If you take care of your things they'll take care of you. We built our home in 2003 & have had a different company seal our driveway all but one year since. Empire Sealcoating did our driveway 2 months ago & did a FAR SUPERIOR job to the literally all 7 of the previous companies. I'm all about getting my money's worth, that being said, I don't mind paying a little extra for a superior product weather it be a meal, an appliance or work done on my home. Empire's price was exactly in the middle of other quotes, the job they did was flawless. My driveway has several spots that were deteriorating & we had been thinking the entire driveway may need to be replaced in the next 3-5 years. In the past, other companies have done a lousy job of patching them, then a thin coat of sealer later, it looked like crap. Empire did a solid patch job, then placed a "thick coat" of sealer over it, when it dried it was a nice, "even dark shade" & the patches did not stand out as they did with previous contractors. Empire's workers told me that we won't have to seal it again until the year after next but they will stop by next spring to confirm it's holding up okay. The way it looks now my wife & I couldn't be happier plus, we're thinking the driveway may last considerably longer than we had anticipated.
