5 Star Recommendation! I have been working in the Krav Maga Classes and these are some of the best group of teachers I have experienced. They are always available to listen and help you work towards your goals. Since joining in October, I have lost 30 lbs and am down to a weight I haven't been at in over a decade. But what has sold me has been the service empire has provided through the pandemic. The great workouts and communication haven't stopped and even while working 10-12 hr work days in office, I still have lost 10 lbs over the past two months from sticking to the programs provided through the online university. I highly recommend that you give empire a try if you are on the fence.
