“TJ was very efficient! I found his place in Yelp was able to ask if he could help with my computer that I spilled water on. When I arrived to the store he helped me right away and explained the possibility of what could happen. He explained everything he was doing. He was able to dry out my hard drive and the battery. I appreciated his help and he was very nice. My computer was okay and I can use it still thank goodness! If you need help with your computer take it here!”
“Dylan phoned ahead to confirm that arriving early would be convenient. He was pleasant, respectful of property and knowledgeable. Dylan was thorough in his diagnostic review of my appliance (GE glass top range). I declined the repair due to the ABSURD cost of the replacemet switch. The final bill would have been over $500 and most of that was the part and not labor charges. I’d much rather put $500+ toward a brand new appliance.”
