It was a good store when it first opened and had some nice things, now they're a little more scarce then before and products pretty much lack. They hover a lot more than usual. If nerdy by nature was still in the mall I'd be more inclined to go there especially them being more inclusive to different spiritual views than earthbound can be.

Came at 10:30am on a Thursday and they were closed. Inconsistent hours kills businesses.

I went in looking for summer clothes. the staff were so kind and accepting as I was walking around the store basically looking at everything with my kid. The sales associate I spoke with was happy to point me in the direction of the dressing rooms to make sure that everything fit well, and helped me pick out a couple of items. I was on the fence about a pair of pants there, but I think I'm going back for them ?.Absolutely a fabulous store. It's t's a comfortable environment where they're not trying to sell you anything, and you don't feel like a number or another face in the crowd walking in. 1000% suggest visiting this store.

this store has such cool stuff!! lots of neat jewelry and accessories and home decor! staff is always super pleasant and helpful. A friend of mine got me this huge leather journal from this location and it's been perfect for drawing up my D&D maps!

I was followed like a hawk and stared down until I left. Very uncomfortable and rude. I went to this store with some friends and immediately got targeted for wearing a jacket. The women working hopped down from sitting on the counter and immediately started following me and my friends (very obviously) and started counting things and staring. I’ve read other reviews and apperantly it is an ongoing issue. Costumers are not going to want to spend money on things if they feel targeted, watched, and followed around while trying to have a good time. I understand not wanting merchandise stolen but there are other ways to go about it without feeling attacked. Please find a better solution and train your employees to not act like fbi watch hawks.

The first time I came here and I bought three necklaces, two of which broke within the first week of getting them. I decided to give it another chance and came back this week with a friend. However, I never felt more uncomfortable in a store like that in my life. They sell cheap jewelry but hover over you like it’s worth millions. I was about to invite one of the employees to come join us at that point. It’s a beautiful store and I understand their intentions of course.. but we just felt pressured to leave.

not a fan of this earthbound location. I’ve been to a different one and the environment is always pumped and cheerful but this one is quiet and super sus. Me and my partner walked in and were looking at some of the rings, almost immediately an associate started hovering around us. We moved to a different location in the store and he bent down to COUNT the rings, to see if they were all still there. We couldn’t look at the items at the store without being followed by the two associates there. Not a pleasant experience.

Love love LOVE this store so much. The employees are so sweet and helpful + the whole store has amazing stuff. There’s two employees I wanna shout out (I don’t know their names but they’re SOO sweet). One of them with really short hair and glasses helped me find an outfit for a trip I was going on a little while back, they got me a dressing room and helped me with outfit/color recommendations. I ended up leaving with a cute skirt and top all thanks to them. I also received a lot of help and even chit chatted with the other employee who was also really sweet. I see them often and I’m pretty sure they’re the manager of the store. I’ve introduced so many of my friends and family to this store, they love it and so do I. All in all, great store! :)

Love this store. Very boho/hippie type stuff. Wonderful assortment of crystals and tee shirts and home wears. Staff is so sweet and helpful. Pricing is great compared to other stores like it.

Great prices for what you're getting. Much better quality than alot of similar stores. Short of buying something from a creator or vendor at festival it's a solid option
