As a bigger gentleman I absolutely hate clothes shopping. It’s difficult to find the sizes that fit correctly and it’s extremely frustrating. I also usually find it annoying to deal with salespeople who seems to only care about making the sale. This store is exceptional because of an employee named Van. This guy was juggling me and 2-3 others and was professional, polite and really made the experience a positive one. I’ll be returning to this location specifically because of him. Thank you Van!

This was one of the best shopping experiences I've ever had. I work in a professional setting and own numerous suits. But in the recent years I have gotten much larger and tend to buy online out of embarrassment. I have an event coming up in a couple days that business casual won't work for, so I tried DXL.
I was blown away by the customer service. The gentleman that helped me was Van, and from the beginning he was courteous and friendly. Even if I had never bought a suit, he would have made me feel comfortable and walked me through the process. Asked me some questions, measured me, and reviewed a few colors. He knew the brands so well he could tell me what I would wear in each brand and put together a suit that I am very happy with in a few moments. I never felt like I was being pressured, I simply felt well served and cared for. Van should be teaching customer service. I will definitely go hear again!!!

Needed to get a suit for my daughters wedding later in the Fall. I'm not a suit kind of guy and was intimidated by the whole process and not looking forward to the whole experience. When John Thomas asked if I needed any help and I told him yes sir I truly do, he went above and beyond to get me into a fantastic suit and made sure I was 1000% satisfied, Van then came over and got measurements and exceeded expectations with his amazing customer service.
The employees from this store should hold seminars for every retail store out there and teach employees the true skill of customer service because they have mastered the art. I will always recommend them to anyone and everyone who will listen to me. Thank you both for all of your help today !!

Isha and the team at DXL are great to deal with. Always very helpful and will order whatever you need if they don't have it in the store. Great customer service and store seems to have a great inventory of different styles of clothes. Highly recommend going to this DXL.

I was able to order my son's prom suit OVER THE PHONE 72 hours before his prom. It was shipped to the store. Even though the pants did not fit, they were able to locate the right size pants and get us squared away. My son was on time for his prom and WAS ON POINT!!!!
