This is the last place that will come in my mind to look for any kind of jewelry. We bought our wedding bands from there which they wasn’t cheap and since second week we keep bringing them for repairs , the diamonds stones they use are cheapest garbage , the same store estimates the ring I bought for them 1.600 $ in one year they estimate the worth of ring as 150$ ? just for the gold basically the diamond worth expires, they sell you cheap sentimental worth of something that is rock bottom . Definitely worst experience you would think you spend your money for something that will be worth always but this people screw you over .Think not twice then 10 times before step in this store or any other jewelry store . ?

Fantastic selection of jewelry. Most importantly her custom jewelry will be both made to your taste and become your next heirloom to pass on. She is very helpful with trouble shooting ideas on repair issues of your own jewelry. She takes care of your pieces as if they were her own. Highly highly recommend her work!!

No complaints here about the availability of quality jewelry stores in this region, but Drue Sanders is a step above, as she and her staff are CUSTOM jewelers. While you can purchase name-brand items just like traditional jewelers, Drue provides the insight of a jewelry designer based upon her extensive abilities and experience. My wife and I stopped by to have a couple of her rings with sentimental value resized and repaired. While talking through the needed repairs with Drue, we made an offhand comment that combining the two rings would be ideal, and she advised she could do that. Once we started reviewing options it became obvious that her eye for detail was invaluable, and before long we had a single ring design that included all the sentimental stones in a tasteful (and much more secure!) manner. The cost was very reasonable given Drue's personal design and execution, and the result was LITERALLY a one-of-a-kind piece of jewelry art. Priceless.

Drue is a master of her craft and really gave us the personal experience that we were looking for! She helped us every step of the way from the design process to the pickup of the final piece and everything was seamless. I have used Drue multiple times now for custom jewelry and I will continue to do so because she has absolutely earned my business and continues to impress me. Thanks again Drue!

I called to get a ring resized and they were very rude to and cut me off telling me rings with cz diamonds cannot be resized at all and they will just break an crack when they can you just need to be cautious and I tried to describe the ring bc they rocks are small and didn’t care to listen cut me off again and then was quick to hang up

Drue was wonderful to work with! She turned an old engagement ring/band into a fantastic necklace/earring set for me and had great ideas on how to re work the piece. She also repaired multiple pieces and gave insurance appraisals all within a timely fashion. I highly recommend her for anything you need!

Drue was an absolute dream to work with! First of all, her and her staff are incredibly friendly, personable, non-pretentious and extremely knowledgeable about all things jewlery/gems/value. She was professional and up front and honest about pricing as well as the timeline and comparisons between different metals and gems. I had a specific design in mind and she perfectly molded my vision to the most realistic and gorgeous reality. She followed up when she said she would, and the ring was ready exactly within the timeframe she gave us. I would absolutely recommend Drue to anyone in the capital region and beyond to work with. She’s professional, friendly, punctual and insanely talented. I can’t stop staring at my ring even though it’s been 2 months since we got engaged!

Wow! Drue could not be any more rude. Initially I went there years ago to have a necklace made. Since I knew they could make the necklace, I went with them, but Drue was so rude. Almost rolling her eyes at me and my ideas. I have since gone back for another reason and figured I'd give her another chance. Nope. Never again. Just as rude this time.
