Straight trash 4hrs in and I’m not even half way done this shop SUPER dirty.. I would have felt better if the girl took a break but she didn’t she’s just that slow if I can give a rating of -100 that’s what it would be… never again and I will NEVER recommend anyone going here

Took extremely long . 4 hours into the appointment and barely half of my hair was done . i asked for medium sized knotless braids , there is no way it should take over 5 hrs to do . they do not know how to blend colored hair, the shop is not clean at all. spiderwebs everywhere and the chair i was sat in i was scared i was going to fall out when she turned the chair around . if i could give this place 0 stars i would ! I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE AT ALL!

I went to see Fa and got a wig installation. She was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. She did it in a short time as well, it only took a little over an hour. Requested passion twists and it did not come out as the video I sent. It took 6-7 hours to finish what I could’ve done in 2 max. What I wanted vs what I got and, had to take out as soon as I got back overseas.This was 2 days and yes I wore bonnet to bed to keep it as intact as I could.Waste of money and time. Words can’t express how upset I was.Fa was really nice, patient, and sweet but the service I received makes me think she’s super new with doing hair. I knew something wasn’t right when she didn’t start off with parting my hair and she would comb my hair closer to the root instead of ends. I barely wanted to pay because it was so terrible!!!!!Wish I took more photos but it’s embarrassing how I left looking

I have lived in the Capital Region all my life and THIS is the best hair braiding shop in Albany. They are friendly, up front, punctual and quick. They were able to squeeze my teenage girls hair on their schedule for Labor day for back to school. Would highly recommend! Ask for Mam or Oumy.

The lady who did my hair was nice but the owner is rude and extra over 5$ like its not a inconvience that people have to buy their own hair and i left over a half of pack of hair there! Then not even a week later 2 braids need to be redone already. This is a last minute place for me. I would never be a steadu customer because they wouldnt appreciate it anyway
