Great place to find quality nice, name brand clothes at a huge discount. This store also has a large discount shoe section and regular sales on all of their merchandise.

We were surprised to see Dick's Sporting Goods had opened a separate Warehouse store in Crossgates Mall. It is located on the second floor where Lord and Taylor was once located, and above the soon to open Primark store on the first floor. Dick's Warehouse offers reductions up to 70% and has new weekly markdowns. It is a huge space with lots and lots of merchandise. Most, but not all of it, appeared to be wearing apparel. My wife got a good deal on a pair of sandals.

I purchased a small bike online for my grandson. The website listed this specific bike included "free expert assembly with online purchase". I received an email stating that my item was ready and I would get a call from the assembly team member when it was time for pick up. After a couple of days of not hearing anything, I called and was told that they do not assemble small bikes. I went to the store and they presented me with an unassembled bike in an open box! The bike was listed at $109.99 marked down from $149.99. There was a price label affixed to the box for $64.99!! What a joke!! When I called the store, I got a massive runaround and was offered the assembly but told it could be a very long time. So disgusted with this entire transaction! Gave up and returned the darn bike. If only I could recoup my time and gas money. Totally deceptive!! I don't plan on ever purchasing from this place again.

Customer service is horrible. At the store and at corporate level. Bought a treadmill for my daughter. Over $2000. Set up deliver with a 3 hour window. Asked if dicks was delivering. Told yes. Delivery tried to deliver two days before outside the window time. No one was home. Delivery guy said I need to call select express which was the company delivering the treadmill. I called Dicks. Was told was not their problem that a third party contractor delivers item. I asked when does contractor pick up item. Told they would pick up that morning. Asked why dicks let them pick up treadmill two days before delivery and they told me they don't check the dates if delivery they just let the contractor load. They asked for manager. Got assistant. The guy who sold the treadmill. He also said not Dicks problem. I insisted it was. He called select express. New delivery day a day later than original and they could not give me a time. The company that did not call when they switched the day of delivery is supposed to call with a time. Right! Called corporate. Asked for an address to file a complaint. No address or email and would not take anything in writing. They would simply notify the store of the complaint. Which I already did. Will not order anything from Dicks again. Oh and could not get managers last name. Just Mike who is not in all week. What a joke!

First of all location: the store is on the outside of the mall in the same area as Best Buy. Right now they are running a 50% off discounted prices sale on summer merch. I got a pair of $30 basketball shorts for 7.50. Other merch is not discounted; basketball shoes were more expensive than at their usual clearance sales. But stock was pretty good and they have a six month lease and promise to continue renewing items.

Jennifer supporting the cardio and weights area is extremely rude and to a certain point she was racist on the way she adressed me. She was with another costumer when she looked my way and I asked for suport. Not nice her approach and I do understand she was with a costumer, but she made eye contact and I decided to ask for help. I apologized as I was aware of the situation....but she was not nice at all....I got help from another polite young man. I ended spending over $700.00 worth of equipment.Jennifer you need to learn about customer service....

Employees have no idea how to return items. I returned 2 bills. but only get a refund into one card Can't help me and still talk bad Someone told me to return the items upstairs. Walked upstairs and told me to return the items below. When telling someone to return the items above He helped return it, but made a mistake, the money didn't come into the card. Employees are not responsible It takes time to come here 2-3 times. Waste of time calling the bank and doing things Many of the employees were arrogant. Not friendly at all I bought a lot of stuff for my kids here and I won't be stepping on here again nor will I ever buy this brand of stuff online again.unsubscribe!!

Horrible. I went to purchase a 5-gallon beverage cooler with spigot. Online inventory said they had 3 in stock. They had 3-gal. and 7-gal., but no 5's. Ok. 7-gallon works. At checkout the assistant opens the cooler lid, looks inside, and closes lid. I get home and open the lid to find the spigot gasket mangled and the locking nut cracked through. Now I have to drive back to exchange. I didn't think I needed to inspect a cooler with literally 5 pieces after the store clerk did... Their supplier QC is maybe not what it should be (Rubbermaid - junk made in the good ole 'Merica), but the assistant inspecting the piece and not seeing 2 of the 5 pieces not proper? Anyways.
