I had to bring Kia telluride in due to recall. Was told it would take about two hours. I had to wait four hours instead. The worst part was that when my car was finally ready ( I could see it parked in front of the sitting area), the guy (too bad did not pay attention to his name)at the counter told me to wait another 5 minutes and than totally ignored me for half an hour. When I came back to remind him I was still waiting, he didn’t even bother to apologize although it was obvious that my car was ready long time ago. Can’t recommend them.

I was kept informed of what and how the service was and asked if I agreed and given a price before additional work was done. I had a plastic protector under my passenger side that was hanging down. The mechanic could have charged me additional for a new plastic protector but instead, put a screw in to repair the loose end. That was very thoughtful and saved me money.

Dropped car off Thursday for a scheduled appointment. It’s Wednesday now in the next week and they have not even looked at the car. We’ve left 3 messages with zero phone calls returned. This is the 2nd time we’ve had a BAD experience with this group, last time a Nissan. Why make an appointment if you aren’t going to look at the car for a week or more? Who not call back when a customer calls? Unacceptable and very unprofessional. I won’t post the service reps name buy why assign one if that person does not respond.

I picked up my new Seltos at Denstion Kia last week , the Sales man James and Jose were great. In three year's when it's time to trade in my Seltos, I'm definitely going back to Denstion kia and to James and Jose
