DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE.
They vandalized my vehicle, broke out a side window, did work I told them not to do, and held my vehicle hostage for over 3 weeks until they were essentially paid a ransom of $3800 and gave me my car back in substantially worse condition that I dropped it off. When I received a quote from them to replace a back window and few dents they gave me an estimate and an estimated wait time of 7 weeks so I told them I did not want them to do work on my vehicle and that I would bring it somewhere else. The man screamed at me that I could not have my car back even though he told me that they had not done any repairs on the car. They refused to return my vehicle for over 3 weeks and when they did it was missing an additional window that was not broken when I brought it in. They also ripped the compass name off of my jeep compass and a piece of a plastic border and it was vandalized all over with some grey material. Their actions were beyond bad business practices, they were criminal and fraudulent and I will be reporting them to National Highway Traffic Safety Administration as well as the Better Business Bureau. After discussing my experience with friends I've heard several other stories of Depaula Ford holding vehicles for more than 5 months without doing any work and then finally returning them half fixed. I have included a photo of the side window that they knocked out which wasn't even broken when I brought it in as well as the condition of the vehicle when they returned it to me. Absolutely disgraceful.

Had a problem with my navigation system, They checked it out and told me they needed to order the part, I called a week later and the part was in. I brought my car back. After 6 hours They said the part was faulty, They would order another one, They told me to come back the following Wednesday, I did they didn't know why I was there, They checked for the part, it wasn't in yet. I left with. It's been over a week and no one has contacted me....

I had a very positive experience at DePaula, from start to finish. Upon entering the dealership I was greeted by Nick and he listened to what I was looking for. He was not pushy or overbearing. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the Ford vehicle I was interested in. The communication was excellent with him during the whole process of looking for and finally purchasing the car I wanted. I would highly recommend Nick and DePaula to anyone looking for a Ford.

First time working with DePaula Ford but it was the same DePaula experience we’ve been accustomed to at DePaula Chevrolet. Got a used vehicle priced to sell and the sales team made sure we were treated well, answering every question we had along the way. Grateful we stopped there to walk the lot. Definitely recommend!

Collin was great. He is a genuinely good person who was very helpful and respectful at the same time. The communication was great. He is extremely knowledgable and enthusiastic about cars. Very professional business I recently had the opportunity to purchase a Ford 750 dump truck from Ford Depala Auto Group, and my experience was quite satisfactory. The delivery of the vehicle was in excellent condition upon arrival.
